在麗怡酒店的這次入住，讓我真正體會到了什麼叫貼心服務。一走進酒店，熱情的工作人員就立刻迎了上來，辦理入住手續的速度也非常快。在整個入住期間，客房服務員的細心周到更是讓我感動不已。每天都會把房間打掃得乾淨整潔，還會更換新鮮的水果和礦泉水，服務也特別好。酒店的工作人員不僅業務熟練，而且態度親切，就像家人一樣關心着每一位客人。他們總是能在第一時間滿足客人的需求，讓我在旅途中感受到了温暖和關懷。 主要離甘露山滑雪場特別近，房間的舒適度也很高，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生也特別乾淨，房間的熱水，空調也都非常新。房間的裝修風格温馨又時尚。除了基本的服務，酒店還提供了很多個性化的體驗。而且晚上也送了雞湯，服務也非常好，讓我的旅行變得更加美好。以後再來這裏，我一定還會選擇這家酒店！

Il personale della reception è efficiente e gentile, in particolare i piccoli dirigenti, ha risposto con pazienza alle nostre domande.Anche la risposta al servizio della camera è molto tempestiva.
La stanza è comoda e pulita, più ampia e luminosa di quanto immaginassi. Il letto è molto comodo e dormi fino al mattino.La salute non è provocativa e la pulizia è molto pulita e sottile.
Posizione conveniente: il parcheggio è molto conveniente, c'è un trasferimento di auto da bagno, specialmente i piccoli tutori di neve possono essere trasportati in tempo, e ci aiuta molto a giocare.
Le strutture sono perfette: il tipo di colazione è ricco di sapore / pranzo è anche molto pratico. È anche possibile inviare in camera. Elegante ambiente con connessione Wi-Fi veloce dal popolo / lobby.
In breve, questa esperienza di soggiorno è molto superiore alle aspettative, il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto!La prossima volta Wuhan sciare si sceglierà di nuovo di alloggiare qui, e si consiglia fortemente ad altri amici!

房間採光好，乾淨整潔，床墊很舒服以至於我打算後面給家裡也換這個牌子的床墊😂
辦理入住的大堂有下沉式圍爐煮茶的地方，小點心很好吃，紅薯片一絕👍🏻後來我問前台小哥哥在哪買的，小哥哥直接送我半袋！人超級好啊哈哈 我們來的時候還特地到門口迎接招呼停車，服務可以説是很到位了，熱情耐心有求必應！夏天的時候過來應該更舒服，山裡避暑，還能游泳。山頂和山下都有景點景區可以玩，不會無聊～開車過來就真的很方便了

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.

Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

一到酒店，簡約大氣的外觀就給我留下了好印象。前台工作人員熱情又高效，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項服務。
房間更是讓我眼前一亮，裝修風格現代又温馨，佈局合理，空間寬敞。床鋪柔軟舒適，床上用品乾淨整潔，每一處細節都透露着高品質。房間的隔音效果也很好，晚上休息得特別好，消除了一天的疲憊。
酒店的餐飲也可圈可點。早餐種類豐富，中西式菜品應有盡有，熱乎的現做麪條，搭配上新鮮的食材，味道鮮美。還有各類麪包、水果，營養又美味，開啟活力滿滿的一天。
酒店的位置也很優越，周邊配套設施齊全，出行便利。對於我這種出差的人來説，附近就有不少餐廳和便利店，非常方便。而且酒店的交通也很便捷，無論是去周邊辦事還是前往其他區域，都能快速抵達。
更讓我驚喜的是酒店的服務。有一次我不小心把文件落在了會議室，工作人員發現後第一時間聯繫我，還幫忙妥善保管，讓我順利取回，真的特別感謝。

È molto buono trovarlo al piano di Hilton.Ci sono molti ristoranti lungo la strada. Ci sono anche ristoranti lungo la strada e il mercato notturno per vendere piatti e barbecue, molto caldo. Ci sono anche i negozi di frutta sul lato della strada.Il giorno dopo la colazione è stato comprato anche su questa strada. Non essere troppo carino tornare all'hotel per mangiare lentamente!Quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, abbiamo scoperto che il vento era caldo in anticipo, ci sentiamo molto caldi appena entrammo. Poi il panorama è senza scena, senza scena, lontano dal palazzo di giardino, lungo il ponte di Changjiang, ponte di Jiangzhou.E'un buon posto per la bambina, la bambina non vuole andare.La zia di giardino e il piccolo servizio di mela di servizio clienti sono buoni.La pazienza è attenta.Più tardi c'è l'opportunità di venire a Hanyang e giocare e vivere qui.

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. UUtente anonimoSono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno nella stanza. Ho dormito molto comodamente. Il servizio è stato molto buono. La camera con balcone laterale ha una vista libera sul fiume. Grazie a Jekab. Ambasciatore di Fanxiang Hotels and Resorts, per avermi regalato un'esperienza perfetta in questo viaggio, tornerò in futuro. Tutti a Wuhan devono vivere qui

KKaz T.A Yicheng, la squadra di servizio ci ha accolti caldamente e ha fornito caffè caldo/tea di servizio mentre ci andavamo. La stanza era grande e i letti erano comodi. La camera è stata abbastanza spaziosa, anche se avevamo 6 bagagli mentre viaggiavamo per un mese. La colazione era anche buona con le scelte giuste e una bella signora ci guardava per i giorni che ci fermavamo. L'hotel era abbastanza vicino ai centri commerciali, ma a 10-15 minuti a piedi, ma in generale abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno.
