Only one out of the two lift is working, and the reception is on the 56th fllor and the room is on the 55th floor. It took too long just to get to the room. Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!
