Echarm Hotel (Wuhan Hankou Railway Station store)

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

位置絕佳，出行便利。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯。設施齊全且較新，滿足基本需求。整體環境安靜温馨，性價比很高。是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給需要便利舒適住宿的朋友！下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店位於漢口站後，大約300米處是地鐵站，周邊有很多餐館，交通方便。酒店房間安靜舒適，早餐富有武漢特色，但房間設施有點老化，品牌已經不是最初宜向的感覺。總體而言，性價比比較高。

出差途中住過太多次了，衞生乾淨，房間智能，前台幾個都已經認識了，氣氛融洽。住酒店不就是找一個自己舒心的嘛，白宮酒店地理位置方便 但是周圍聲音就不可避免，問題不大 ，下次還會來。

本次是高考陪考入住，選擇的是家庭房。從酒店到考點武漢市一中一條直路，步行十五分鐘以內，開車除了到交通管制點有點堵以外，其他基本不可能堵。酒店服務很好，衞生乾淨，停車方便，有免費停車位，周邊吃飯買東西也都很方便，性價比高，推薦入住！
