This hotel is very new and located in a great area, with supermarkets and street food nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and responds promptly to every request. The complimentary laundry service is excellent – all you need to do is mark your room number and washing instructions on a small card, and the staff will return your cleaned clothes to your room. The drinks in the fridge are also free, and the staff will restock them once they're finished. Overall, this is an amazing hotel, and it will definitely be our first choice when we return to Wuhan.

幫朋友代訂了武漢大學街道口城際酒店，必須要來誇一誇！
聽朋友説管理團隊是從我的鄰居揚州來的團隊，一到酒店就被滿滿的熱情包圍。前台小美女陳思琪尤為突出，她笑容燦爛，眼神裏透着真誠，辦理入住時效率極高，還細心地為朋友團隊介紹周邊好玩的地方和美食。
前台的其他小夥伴們也是相當給力，有求必應，任何小問題都能迅速解決。朋友説，在這就像在家一樣自在。酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施完備，位置也特別好，出行很方便。
這次的代訂太成功啦（つ≧▽≦）つ🎉，朋友對酒店讚不絕口，多虧了揚州團隊的熱情和武漢本地前台小夥伴們超棒的服務，必須推薦給大家！以後有住宿需求，這家酒店肯定是我的首選，相信大家來了也會和我朋友一樣滿意！

服務：進入酒店大堂，温度就非常適宜～讓人感覺如沐春風！前台接待工作人員相當專業，辦理入住也很快捷，服務態度更是一流！強烈推薦！！！不管是從入住到退房，都很方便快捷，服務也是相當好！
設施：酒店備品非常齊全，洗髮水沐浴露護髮素身體乳一應俱全！超級好用！出門旅遊根本不用帶小樣了！偷偷告訴大家，酒店提供的擦鞋海綿巨好用，特別是穿小皮鞋的，擦一擦，鋥亮！
早餐也很多種類，最愛吃牛肉麪～各種各樣的吃的，中式西式都有，滿足了不同味蕾的需求！贊👍
下次有需要一定還會選擇城際

服務：重中之重的服務。讓我感覺到前所未有。大廳接待會給熱水，出門前還會主動關心我們注意氣温，增添衣物。
環境：這家酒店的風格很潮流，是有設計感的。
衞生：我們很注重房間的衞生，浴袍還會給包裝好，細節滿滿。
設施：迷你吧飲品很多，還有專用的熨燙機，太費心了，潤膚露很香。

房間舒適，設計風格我也很喜歡，最讓人難忘的還是服務人員的熱情哈，每個人都是精神飽滿，特別是陳高俊，晚上入住的時候主動幫我們拿行李，第二天早餐廳又碰到他在早餐廳服務，及時解決我們的需求，超級温暖感動

去年聖誕第一次入住時，記住了酒店的香味和温暖的大堂。這次到武漢比較早，就想着先來存下行李充個電。坐在大堂時酒店經理竟然來貼心的安排早餐，並快速的協調出客房。期間洗衣、外賣服務也做的很專業到位。直到走時幫我把行李放上車、道別。再一次把温暖提升了一個級別。武漢的家外之家就是這了🌹。

，潔癖星人狂喜，房間很乾凈整潔。最重要的還是服務超級好，🔥實名吹爆前台小哥哥小姐姐！，辦入住直接奉上一杯温暖的茶水🍹，看到我帶行李箱，主動問要不要幫拎上樓🧳，晚上想吃水果切盤，5分鐘送到房間
另外房間配了掛燙機/針線包
，電梯要刷卡才能按樓層，安全感拉滿，走廊香氛是淡淡的雪松香，治癒疲憊感。
這是目前住過最像"家"的酒店！沒有冷冰冰的流程，衹有暖到心坎裏的人情味💓 ，
姐妹們放心沖！這家酒店值得我按頭安利N次！
