The staffs were really helpful and friendly and while planning to do laundry the staffs said that they can help do it and send it up to our room the next morning since all the machines were full. 👌🏼 They also helped us have late checkout upon request! 💯

總體來説硬件還是非常跟得上的～小到牙刷的質感大到床品都很不錯，睡得也很舒服～房間還是有一些小味道，但是瑕不掩瑜，有專屬凈化器睡覺並沒有影響～説一説不滿意的地方，第一是一樓的迎賓，純純站在那裡，看到我拿着箱子不好上台階還是“不為所動”，退房的時候問入住體驗已經提出，但是前台小姐姐也就是笑笑而已；第二是早餐煮麪的地方，包子擺放位置不是很合理，爸爸明顯夠不到，廚師小哥哥就純純站在那裡，直到我提出幫助，才勉強出手～五星酒店不僅硬件達標，服務也要跟得上才行啊！
