Questa stanza Fanxian 01, la casa è fatta di legno, è circondata da un telaio verde. I bambini amano particolarmente la stanza. La stanza è suddivisa in due piani. Il primo piano è una sala da soggiorno. Ha una grande finestra di terra, specialmente adatta a leggere libri o leggi la finestra di terra, bevi e legge o si vuole liberare, E'anche bello portare i bambini al cantinaio davanti alla finestra di terra per fare attività di genitori. Il secondo piano è una camera da letto, e c'è una finestra di paesaggio in forma. Le tende fuori dalla finestra si riflettono negli occhi, come la pittura.Il governatore ha anche dimostrato personalmente come il serbatoio brucia il fuoco, il serbatoio è particolarmente depresso, il bambino non può fermare il padre. This problem shall be solved in order the main the quality of the Hampton brand and service, as this is the only Hampton which has this odour issue based on my experiences in China…

Mattresses are soft. It’s a little surprise that room have a metal bar for hanger wet cloth. It’s not open to see at other hotels . Overall is a good option for a transit hotel .

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.

LLTLe strutture dell'hotel sono grandi, il personale è amichevole soprattutto l'agente di front desk Mia, ci ha dato una stanza che abbiamo chiesto e un grande sostegno durante il nostro soggiorno, sicuramente sarà tornata la prossima volta per lei. In ogni caso, un altro agente come l'estate ha bisogno di un po'di miglioramento con un sorriso più grande e un saluto agli ospiti all'arrivo e un saluto ogni volta che incontrano.

UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno recente in questo hotel vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Wuhan non è stato molto meno eccezionale. Dalla mia entrata nel lobby, mi sono salutato con caldezza e professionalità dal personale, impostando il tono per un'esperienza inoltrabile.
La posizione dell'hotel non poteva essere più conveniente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori come me che si basano su collegamenti di trasporto senza saldatura. Nonostante la sua vicinanza alla stazione di bussaggio, l'hotel è riuscito a fornire un'oasi tranquilla nel mezzo del buzz urbano.
Quando entrai nella mia stanza, mi piaceva la spaziosa attenzione e la attenzione accurata ai dettagli, e la stanza esultava un senso di eleganza e conforto, offrendo spazio ampio per rilassarmi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Le strutture fornite sono state curate con pensiero, soddisfando ogni necessità del viaggiatore discreto.
Il servizio eccezionale è stato posto da questo hotel, ma i membri del personale si sono recati sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno non fosse perfetto. La loro vera ospitalità e attenzione mi hanno fatto sentire apprezzato come ospite, e mi sono sempre impressionato dal loro professionalismo e dalla loro disponibilità a soddisfare le mie richieste.
Una delle principali caratteristiche del mio soggiorno era senza dubbio l’esperienza del colazione. MMohamedSomerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apartment can accommodate 7 people in some ways.
Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok.
It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem.
The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it.
The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply.
Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

YYee KwanAttenzione se paghi al desk front at the hotel. Ci hanno doppio tassato e non hanno rimborsato il pagamento eccessivo.
Abbiamo prenotato attraverso Trip.com e scelto di pagare all'hotel (il nostro errore).Usiamo il nostro codice QR Alipay per pagare sul desktop, ma l'operazione ci ha preso un po' e sembrava aver fallito (connessione lenta a Internet). Abbiamo provato di nuovo e la seconda volta è stata una buona notizia. Non è stato prima di lasciare Wuhan e controllare le dichiarazioni della carta di credito che abbiamo notato due delle stesse tasse dell'Hotel Ethos.
Il personale ha avuto un piacere e un aiuto, ma non ha mai accettato di vedere un doppio pagamento nel loro sistema. La persona al telefono ha detto che avrebbe indagato e ci ha chiesto di richiamarci più tardi. Dopo un giorno, abbiamo chiamato; hanno detto che hanno contattato Trip.com e che ci è stato dato un rimborso. Questo rimborso si riferisce al deposito Trip.com per tenere le nostre camere. Abbiamo spiegato di nuovo la situazione, ma la persona che ci ha aiutato ha continuato a dire che dovremmo contattare Trip.com anche se abbiamo pagato direttamente l'hotel.
Ora tornando a casa, abbiamo contattato Trip.com. Dopo aver parlato con una delle loro risposte, e aver fornito le nostre dichiarazioni di credito e Alipay come prova del doppio pagamento, hanno detto che ci ritroverebbero. Il risultato è stato un email con il messaggio,
”Duplicate deduction/overload-Duplicate deduction/overload: Not duplicate deduction/overload.”
Non ci sorprende questo risultato, poiché Trip.com non può verificare i pagamenti effettuati perché il pagamento effettivo è avvenuto presso l'HOTEL FRONT DESK.
Quindi qui stiamo cercando di passare attraverso la nostra banca per vedere se possono fare qualcosa perché CAN vede le 2 tariffe che erano 3 minuti da un hotel. Spero che questo sia risolto e tutto questo è stato un malinteso ... tempo dirà.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time.
