NNorainaaThe owner and his wife were very helpful and showed us great places to play games. The owner gave us rice that he grew himself and also packed some nuts for us to take home. Although they don’t speak English, they communicated with us through WeChat and understood that we are Muslim, so they kindly prepared boiled eggs and soy milk for our breakfast. We really appreciate their kindness. The bed was comfortable, and the view around the hotel is amazing. Malaysian travelers, you should definitely come here for a wonderful experience!

They provide mountain package to play ski and ride snow mobile only RMB400.Every morning the wife cook plain porridge, boiled egg and plain white bun for us. Muslim friendly guesthouse. The owner will bring wherever you want to go including nearby grocery shop. Horse riding to go around snow village also provided with RMB60 per person by the villagers. The snow slide just beside the house. At night we play firework provide by owner. Two days we stay is snowing but the room very comfortable use traditional way to warm the room

L'atteggiamento di servizio del capo e del personale è particolarmente buono. Sempre sorridendo, rispondendo con pazienza alle mie domande, e spesso preoccupandosi attivamente delle mie esigenze, mi fa sentire come un ospite.
Il servizio è molto intimido, ci sono acqua calda, caldo e disponibilità di colazione gratuita ogni giorno.Il cibo è buono e il prezzo è anche molto equo, soprattutto il pollo, davvero molto delizioso!La stanza è pulita e pulita, il letto è comodo e la gente vive molto tranquilla. Il capo mi ha anche presentato personalmente le attrazioni turistiche e le rotte intorno, e mi ha risparmiato molto tempo.

La pensione è un luogo eccezionale per soggiornare! Ho trascorso sei giorni e mi sono sentito a casa grazie al servizio caldo e attento da parte del proprietario e del personale. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli, con colazione gratuita.
L'ostello ha offerto attività gratuite come la fabbricazione di corna di cavolo, il sapore di frutta congelata, e una performance di fiori di ferro, più biglietti per parchi di divertimento gratis, che hanno aggiunto un grande valore al mio soggiorno. Convenientemente situato sulla Snow Valley Street, combina il fascino tradizionale con il comfort moderno.

UUtente ospiteWe are so happy with our stay here! The host family is incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They took excellent care of us, even providing proper attire and shoes for the heavy winter weather. They generously allowed us to use the kitchen and pick vegetables, onions, and eggs at no extra cost.
We enjoyed walking through the charming village as the owner personally assisted and guided us. We also had so much fun playing tube sliding right in front of the house, fishing in the frozen river, and exploring beautiful spots for sightseeing and play. The hosts even drove us to various places without charging anything, making us feel truly at home.
Our 4-day, 3-night stay was so lovely and comfortable that we left with happy tears, already wishing to return. This was the best stay I’ve ever experienced, and I hope to come back soon with my family and friends. Thank you so much for everything!

Tteck lengI chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place.
It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking.
There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with.
The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking.
It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch!
This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

OOddestaudWe stayed from 24-26 of December 2024 at room 11. Owner arranged for transport from Harbin for 100 yuan/person. This is no Ritz, but it feels like your grandma house, warm, inviting, big, homely and very clean. It was the perfect Christmas.
For someone who lives in the city like Singapore, this is a perfect getaway for a couple. Definitely an experience you must try once in your life especially with this inn. You get to feel the warmth of the community and see the way the village come together to solve problems.
The owners are friendly and humble, always ready to tend to whatever you want, no matter how late. Most important, they are honest and caring. Even after we left, the lady innkeeper made sure to ask her son 小田 to check if we have any problems going back to Harbin from snowtown.
It is 15 minutes from the snow valley town centre, but it is surrounded by all shops that you need. You get the experience of peace while having a choice of going to the town centre with the owners fetching you for free.
The innkeeper's cooking is so delicious, you don't need to go anywhere else to eat, especially her special pork fried rice and cucumber. I'm still hankering for it after I have left. (Please request for it! It's not on the menu!)
We went to snow town after and we really regret not staying longer. You can take a 2hour bus from snow valley to snow town and back again, last bus at 6pm for 100yuan. Highly recommend this instead of staying at snow town.
