Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package "Wu song ling" was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

Host was very helpful (active to communicate with us.), friendly and made us feel like we were part of the family. The people here are so nice. Host often asked us if we room were warm or cold, gave us some tips on what to do in the village and helped us book a bus to hotel and back to the city. And the food sold in the hotel was delicious and big portions. We hope to stay there again. See you next time.

The hotel staff and the driver were really helpful and friendly! I didn't have wechat to contact the hotel about the transportation so the hotel I was staying in Harbin helped me contact the hotel here to arrange for the bus. The driver was really helpful too!! Overall a really good experience 😁

Room is clean and fresh. However, the room is small for 3 people. The bed is wooden and little cushion. Basically, just feeling like sleeping on the floor. Outside the room, smoking smell is strong. The have a in-house cook but the food taste ok only. Receptionist is nice and friendly to help us to book transport and attaction tickets.

The room is very basic, but for the price, it’s reasonable and meets expectations. However, the main drawback is the drainage system in the bathroom, which causes flooding every time you shower. P.s. If you plan to walk to the China Snow Town, remember insist that the host provides transportation to the entrance. While the host mentioned that it was very close, we ended up walking over 30 minutes just to get there, which was quite inconvenient.

I am very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The place is very beautiful. The reception staff is polite, lovely, and helpful in everything. The food is very delicious. If I have a chance to go there again, I will definitely stay here again.

This place is nice , staffs are friendly and helpful. But they don’t have the towel, it’s dispoable. Bed is so warm, i love it.

The host is very kind & friendly. The room have no space to open luggage but can open on the bed as the bed is big. For muslim might be need to pray on the bed as the floor space quite small , also the toilet is also small. This hotel is a bit far from center area (10 min by car from centre) where the center area is a bit more happening. No halal shop in this area , can bring your own food/rte. The host deal with the owner of husky ride (60yuan/pax) & horse carriage (100yuan/pax) but actually there is a horse carriage that can get for 60yuan/pax 😌 Be sure to negotiate direct with the horse & husky owner after see them/him. Snow valley got two park to play winter activities. The owner will suggest the near one which is 400 yuan with snowmobile ride ( but actually can be 200yuan without snowmobile ride so be sure to tell them as they might not told you). The other park is 45 min from this hotel which is wusongling/rime ridge (more famous )which the area is more big than the other park with price 400yuan for snowmobile and other winter activities. The difference between both park is that the area & activities provided.
