Very warm and pleasant welcome, comfortable and clean room, peaceful and overall very nice stay. Reception staff very helpful and chatty and although we didn't get to use it, beefeater restaurant right next door. Overall great place to stay

Laura at Maidstone/Sevenoaks branch was incredible I’m not from around this area and was not able to get an uber. I come down to reception and she went above and beyond to help me. I am a very anxious person and when something does not go to plan I can have panic attacks, but she was so calm and was able to help me straight away and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Thank you very much !

Nice stay thanks to the staff being very friendly, Laura was lovely and very helpful, the restaurant is also great. The room was very clean and fresh smelling, making the experience even better Thanks for a great stay, i will definitely come again.

Had a lovely stay at this premier inn. Had everything I needed and rooms were good sizes and very clean. Chloe on reception was very helpful and attentive as she helped with everything I needed from calling me a taxi to moving me to a room closer to reception which catered to my needs. Couldn’t ask for any better. 5 stars.

Laura was very helpful at the front desk and greeted me with a big smile on her face! A very easy check in which resulted in a good chat and easy directions. She booked me in for dinner and breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Laura!

What a lovely welcome to the hotel we had , our check in was smooth and quick even though there was quite a few of us . The reception staff were lovely. Although the hotel looks a bit dated it was clean and just what we needed.for a short stop and meet with family . The staff are happy to help out with irons, spare towels , a fan as the room was warm . I even managed to borrow a charging plug as I’d left mine at home, which was a great help , Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!
