Hotel in zona Municipal Gallery Workshop, Breslavia

The Hotel was a very clean comfortable and perfectly located hotel just around the corner from the Christmas Market. The staff at the hotel was very friendly from checking in to checking out and returning later to collect our luggage as they had a room for us to leave it for few hours as we waited for our flights. Didn’t eat in the hotel as we were spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafés all around us. Great hotel for a stay at a very reasonable price I was very pleased with everything and definitely value for money and would recommend and hopefully visit again in the future.

Albergo in centro. Personale amichevole. È possibile lasciare i bagagli se si arriva prima dell'orario del check-in. Lati negativi: la vista dal muro di un edificio vicino. Niente spazzolino/pasta se non l'hai fatto

That place is the worst I ever had a displeasure to deal with. We've made reservation for two apartments but had to cancel one of them few weeks before our trip due to circumstances. First they charged us for both apartments even they said payment on arrival. When contacted for any explanation and refund they've asked for bank details (they charged credit card and refund suppose to go there). The next they they charged us again but this time for one apartment. No word of refund though. At some point they stopped to answer our calls or answer to emails. We had no clue when or if we'll get our money back. They before arrival we received a txt message informing lift will be out of order into days. On arrival appeared lift is already out. Receptionist pretend she has no idea about it even though lift is next to receptio and there is huge sign out of order on it. Now the funniest thing....our apartment was on 6th floor. No apology about the lift. No apology about the over charges. I understand this place was cheap but some customer service would be nice. Obviously they don't care about possible return of their customers. We received our refund eventually after two weeks.

Ottima opzione per Wroclaw. Non è nel centro, ma a 10 minuti a piedi e siete lì. L'hotel è bello, con un buon spa, e la camera è molto comoda. Amorevole il gel di doccia Lalique e lo shampoo. Il personale è bello, bevanda benvenuta è un plus, colazione è buona.Non ti farà saltare la mente, ma sarai felice.

Vengo a questo hotel quasi ogni 2 settimane. A partire dall'entrata dell'hotel, il servizio è bello e molto utile. Attraverso l'hotel, l'hotel è ben attrezzato, la camera è pulita, il letto è comodo, la bagno è ben attrezzato, il colazione è delizioso. Bella vista sulla stazione Wrocław (se arrivamo in una stanza simile) Fortunatamente solo il frigorifero nella stanza sarebbe mancato, tranne che tutto è necessario. Molto consiglia 😊

Ottimo albergo in una zona molto tranquilla e a 10 minuti dal centro. Camere molto spaziose moderne e confortevoli. La dotazione della camera è molto buona anche se magari mi sarei aspettato qualche cosa più come dotazione bagno e non ho gradito il sapone e shampoo presente in bagno (troppo floreale :( ) . Connessione WIFI molto biona . Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata. Personale molto molto cortese.

Apartamenty czyste wysoki standard, czyściutko. Powyżej 40 piętra kosmos. Polecam.

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto (5 minuti a piedi) ed è una grande opzione se avete un volo precoce. E 'molto nuovo, quindi non posso difettare il prodotto duro. Tutto quello che avete bisogno è lì e l'hotel ha un bel senso di elegante. I controlli di ingresso/uscita sono stati sia rapidi che efficaci. Hanno un ristorante in fondo, ma ho trovato che è un po' ”troppo” favoloso. Non tutti i viaggiatori d'affari vogliono mangiare bene. Questo ha detto che il cibo era di grande qualità. L'unico meno è stato il servizio davvero, con le signore che si battono un po' per servire il 3 o 4 misure che mi sedutevano in un momento, miscelate le piastre e nemmeno consegnate una delle mie parti (che si sedeva sul contatore per circa 40 minuti); altrimenti tutto bene e non mi sarebbe tornato nessun problema.
