I think I got a room even more beautiful than I expected . The room is spacious, clean, artfully decorated and well-equipped. everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. The river+ City view outside living-room and kitchen window is impeccable. Parking easy as the space they reserved is right under the apartment building. Need to mention as well that breakfast is a must-add. It’s tasty and in a good portion and presentation. They delivered breakfast to your room so that you can enjoy the delicious breakfast with the amazing view outside without effort. Staff nice and helpful. I’d stay here as long as I can since this place is so comfortable and like-home. Old town, and the most attractions are just across the short bridge totally waiting walking distance (10 mins). Would definitely recommend to stay here for a couple of nights.

My partner and I visited the city for 3 nights and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We booked a river view that overlooked the university (apartment 8) and would highly recommend. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who guided us to our apartment in a separate building across a small bridge. There were secure fob accessed buildings, stunning lobby and lift area, with some striking artwork. When entering the apartment I was amazed - the apartments are spacious with views of the river all around. The university is lit at night until 10pm. The kitchen amenities were high quality & new. Coffee, tea and water were refreshed everyday. The bedroom overlooked the river and trams in front of the university. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend taking ear plugs as you can hear the trams and traffic unfortunately, but appreciate this is unavoidable. Upon checkout everything was simple and the receptionist gifted us some chocolates before wishing us a safe trip. I would 100% recommend this stay and hope to return one day.

Die Lage ist gut, die Appartements modern eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas seelenlos, ohne Service und wirkliche Ansprechpartner. DIe wirkliche Frechheit ist das gebuchte Frühstück. Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum, man bekommt das Frühstück in Alufolie eingepackt aufs Zimmer. Und es gibt keine Wahl - nur eine Variante. Wechselt wohl täglich. Wir hatten Fisch und Avocadosalat. Obwohl uns eigentlich ein Omelette avisiert war. Dazu drei halbe Scheiben Brot mit Honig und Marmelade. Keinen Kaffee, keinen Saft etc. Die Servicekraft an der Anmeldung interessiert das auch herzlich wenig. Wie gesagt - Service absolut Fehlanzeige. Wer nur übernachten will - dann ist das ok. Aber OHNE Frühstück! WIr haben uns heute das "Bridge" auf der Dominsel angesehen - das scheint sehr empfehlenswert zu sein. Dies hier nur bedingt. Wir hoffen jetzt auf ein besseres Hotel in Krakau. Ach so...und Reinigung gab es auch nicht.

Leider sehr laut . Rezeption und Maganer wollen nicht an Beschwerde reagieren . Sehr laut ganze Nacht . Einige Appartement feiern 20-30 Personen Party 🎈. Nur zum empfahlen, wenn man ganze Nacht nicht schaffen bracht , besonders Freitag zu Sonntag . Unsere Apartment waren auch ganze Tagen nicht gereinigt.
