Good location and the staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is perfect too.

Wonderful from beginning to end. The room was immaculate and had a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. A little visit to the orangery ended each day 'just right'. Staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was varied and tasty (particularly the waffles ;) )! Had a little splash in the pool and spa, which was pleasant and comfortable. Will certainly come back next time I visit Worclaw

Very well located hotel, within the city center, across the Jewish quarter, the former exchange building, walking distance to everywhere. It is nested in the former Polish National bank building (and formerly German / Prussia Reich bank) an historical 19th century building. The venue is new and modern, blending into elements of Old architecture. Reception service is swift and professional. We got the 305# across the music forum, circa 23sqm, it has a nespresso machine in the room, a walk in shower, but the bathroom is closed by a light glass door only, fancy but... the room has limited storage for a family, more like a business hotel, with 2 drawers, but with a desk and a table and 2 chairs in addition of the opening sofa. Rooms are not so well sound proofed, we could hear people shouting in the streets and being close to the lifts we could hear loud guests at night on their way to their rooms. The pool is fantastic, 15m long, a small jacuzzi and a very nice gym too, all located in the basement, close to the former bank vault (ask to see it !). The restaurant is very good and service professional, prices reasonable overall, great cocktail bar too and a very nice courtyard too. Breakfast cost 25 Euros !!! Which is a sky high price in Poland, more like the price of a lunch in the restaurant actually, we didnt try it and went to a nice cafe in the Jewish quarter. We parked pur car under the music forum, cheap (10€ for 24h) and a lot of space available + charging stations. The main let down was their house keeping, rooms were only half cleaned, like the floor not swiped, or totally forgotten even 1 day. Out of the 3 days we stayed, only once it was thorough and they did not have to come again. We signaled it every time but in a 5* venue we expected more. We paid 180€ a night, and we will come again, hopefully they ll sort the house cleaning weaknesses or lower their prices to reflect another standing, considering that in Italy it would only be a 4* with these amenities.

Extra comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful reception. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was incredible. I tried also steak and I can really recommend it. The location which is next to the city center is huge advantage I will come back at February

My favorite hotel to stay in Wroclaw, the location is close to the downtown, great restaurant and welcoming personnel. Katia, one of the staff members, whom I regularly see during my breakfasts truly makes my dining experience standout with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Makes me feel right at home!

Located in a historical building, 200m from the main square and in an historical part of the city, this hotel has very ie and modern rooms. We were given the 511, that has an opening sofa, located on the 5th floor it was looking on the courtyard and was much quieter than the rooms overlooking the music forum. The hotel is modern and contemporary, but has kept some historical markers like the former band vault and the wooden staircase. Our room was circa 25sqm, with enough space for 3 people. It had a espresso machine with real nespresso capsules (not ersatz one), great Kores bath amenities. It is equipped with a fantastic 15m long pool in the basement, a complete spa with dry and wet sauna, and a small jaccuzzi. The gym is wide and well equipped and well tended. Receptionnist are mostly friendly, albeit the one that checked us in (Kasia) was friendly like a prison ward. The restaurant is very nice and we can suggest their tasty Pastrami burger with Kimchi. We felt very well treated everywhere and really liked our stay, it make us live Wrocław even more. Hope to come back soon again to this AC.

Stay away and beware. The hotel will do everything to steal your money. Take a picture before you leave the room of the mini bar, the t.v and basically everything in the room because they will try to charge you for it. Many other more honest around. Thank me later

This hotel was great. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast had good food and the room was nice and spacious. There was a pool and a gym. They also had a lot of massage options. I would reccomend this hotel to friends and family. Loved my stay Ayah. Age 78

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, modern and clean. Nice pool area with saunas. Rooms are big and spacious, though a little bit impersonal as can be expected in a chain hotel. However, what lifts out this hotel from the ordinary is the very welcoming staff at reception and especially at the breakfast buffet! Thank you for your warm hospitality!
