Quando ho fatto i formalità di imbarco, mi sono chiesto ”grazie!” e sono stato rimborsato come al solito.Sembrava che stava imparando giapponese, e poi ha spiegato l'esposizione dell'hotel in giapponese. Questa esperienza mi ha impressionato profondamente nella città di Brotwaf, che non è molto familiare con i giapponesi.Naturalmente, le camere e i cibi sono più puliti, più lussuosi e valutati altamente!Se vivi a Brotwaf, consigliamo questo hotel!

L'edificio è stato ben ristrutturato. La posizione è buona e la zona è tranquilla. Non piace. La ricezione all'arrivo era fredda per dire il meno. Abbiamo ricevuto una lunga lista stampata delle regole del luogo. .....no parti in camera ecc. questo è stato un primo per noi e molto offputing! Dikul non è un hotel! Non c'è servizio in camera, nessuna tovagliola fresca, nessun mantenimento dei livelli di sapone ecc. nessuna pulizia in camera. È possibile organizzare un pagamento separato!Abbiamo prenotato colazione per le quattro notti che eravamo li. Quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che il colazione era a 10 minuti dall'Hotel Jazz. Di solito ci piace tornare nella nostra stanza dopo colazione per pulire i denti, vestire caldamente, ecc. così non ci siamo impazziti di questo. Tuttavia, il giorno uno siamo andati all'hotel Jazz per un colazione molto di base. Quella sera abbiamo restituito i tre docce restanti alla ricezione e ci hanno chiesto di essere rimborsati per i tre colazioni successivi. Ho anche e-mailato la mia richiesta al “hotel”. L'uomo alla ricezione ha detto che non era in grado di farlo, ma se avessimo chiamato la ricezione mattina, la persona “incaricata” avrebbe potuto ordinarlo. Torniamo a parlare con una ragazza molto dolce che era fuori dal profondo con la nostra richiesta, ma diceva che avrebbe parlato con il suo manager. Il giorno in cui abbiamo controllato ci è stato detto che questa persona era in vacanza!! Non c'è ancora risposta al mio email!!! Non torneremmo a questo hotel e avremmo attivamente dissuaduto altri da restare qui!!

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Ottima opzione per Wroclaw. Non è nel centro, ma a 10 minuti a piedi e siete lì. L'hotel è bello, con un buon spa, e la camera è molto comoda. Amorevole il gel di doccia Lalique e lo shampoo. Il personale è bello, bevanda benvenuta è un plus, colazione è buona.Non ti farà saltare la mente, ma sarai felice.

La sorpresa sgradevole è che per un posto garantito sul parcheggio, si verifica, è necessario chiamare l'olio in anticipo sul receptionist e ordinare questo posto per la vostra auto ... senza questo posto la mia auto non è stata trovata. Uy ... Tutto il resto è a buon livello.È molto comodo per il riposo.

Posizione proprio di fronte all'area pedonale di Wroclaw, adiacente una galleria commerciale. Silenzioso e ben pulito. In camera tea e caffè a disposizione oltre a tutti gli accessori bagno di qualità. Personale disponibile. Colazione notevole molto ampia e curata. Locali comuni, tra cui un bar e un ristorante molto ben organizzati. Parcheggio compreso. Area fitness presente ma povera, ma a poche centinaia di metri c'è una palestra aperta h24 splendida.

My journey with Platinum Hotel began in earnest when I hosted my wedding event at your venue on June 14, 2018. Since that memorable day, both my family and I have consistently chosen Platinum Hotel as our preferred destination for our periodic trips to Wrocław, averaging three visits per year. We have consistently indulged in your esteemed spa services and savored exquisite meals at your restaurant, contributing substantially to the hotel’s revenue. Last December, I received a thoughtful gift voucher from a family member in Wrocław, specifically for spa services at Platinum Hotel. Given our regular patronage, my wife and I naturally decided to utilize the voucher during our visit in August. On the appointed day, we eagerly handed over the vouchers to the spa representatives after enjoying a rejuvenating spa experience. Subsequently, we relished a sumptuous meal at your restaurant. However, to my utter astonishment, our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. We were informed that the vouchers were no longer valid as they had supposedly expired at the end of June, which was merely seven weeks prior. It was disheartening to learn about this expiration date as it had not been conveyed to us when the vouchers were presented. We were further dismayed when the hotel staff conveyed their inability to honor the value of the vouchers. This treatment was not only unfair but also fell far short of the standards one would expect from a prestigious 5-star hotel. The refusal to recognize the purpose of a gift and the insistence on monetary gain over customer satisfaction left me deeply dissatisfied. I believe that manipulating the expiration date on non-refundable gift vouchers is a practice that prioritizes profit over providing genuine hospitality and customer service. I implored the staff for reconsideration, but regrettably, my pleas were met with indifference. This lack of understanding and empathy towards a loyal customer who had effectively paid for services not rendered is both disappointing and unacceptable. After having consistently invested a significant amount of money in your services, products, and dining experiences over the years, I have reluctantly arrived at the conclusion that Platinum Palace Hotel no longer deserves my patronage, nor that of my family members. I believe that other establishments, such as Topacz Hotel and Spa Services, will treat their clients with the respect, fairness, and customer-centric approach that I had previously associated with Platinum Palace Hotel. Ottimo albergo in una zona molto tranquilla e a 10 minuti dal centro. Camere molto spaziose moderne e confortevoli. La dotazione della camera è molto buona anche se magari mi sarei aspettato qualche cosa più come dotazione bagno e non ho gradito il sapone e shampoo presente in bagno (troppo floreale :( ) . Connessione WIFI molto biona . Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata. Personale molto molto cortese.

Hotel w dobrej, przyjemnej lokalizacji. Łatwy sposób zameldowania. Spełnia podstawowe oczekiwania. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Na pewno zarezerwuje ponownie w przyszłości.

5 su 5 - tutto quando e dove ci serviva. Grande cibo. Grande camere familiari. Super utile e amichevole personale. Parcheggio in/off sito. Perfetta posizione per qualcuno che passa solo attraverso Wrocław. Wi-Fi gratuita con una buona iniziazione in tutto l'hotel.
