I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. Il personale è bello, bevanda benvenuta è un plus, colazione è buona.Non ti farà saltare la mente, ma sarai felice.

La targa con la classificazione a cinque stelle all'ingresso di questo hotel, in un modernissimo edificio a circa 10 minuti dal centro storico, mi sembra forse concessa con troppo generosità. A mio parere si tratta di un discreto 4 stelle ma nulla di più. E' anche l'unico hotel del gruppo Hilton presente in città, quindi se siete clienti affezionati della catena la scelta è quasi obbligata. Iniziamo con alcune considerazioni sull'edificio che ospita l'hotel: ha una curiosa forma ovale, e le 189 camere dell'hotel Doubletree occupano il primo e secondo piano. Negli altri piani vi sono un residence e numerosi uffici. Con questo curioso layout, con l'hotel che si estende in orizzontale anzichè in verticale come la maggior parte degli hotel, con circa 90 camere per ogni piano, il risultato è che se vi capita una delle camere più lontane dagli ascensori dovete percorrere oltre 100 metri ogni volta che andate in camera, ovvero quasi un km al giorno. Buona idea per mantenersi in forma, ma forse non apprezzabile da tutti i clienti.. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, con arredamenti moderni e dotate di ogni comfort. Migliorabile però il servizio di housekeeping: nonostante il cartello ”non disturbare” e la porta chiusa a doppia mandata la mattina mi sono trovato la cameriera che è entrata in camera senza bussare, e ovviamente senza minimamente scusarsi. Per il personale della reception il giudizio è un po' contrastante: accanto a personale di altissima professionalità e cortesia che ho incontrato il giorno della partenza, all'arrivo ho trovato addette scortesi e sbrigative, come se il cliente (pagante) per loro fosse solo un elemento di disturbo. Di buon livello la colazione, peraltro allineata a tutte le strutture del gruppo Hilton che ho visitato in Polonia, e sopra gli standard di molte altre nazioni europee. Avrei voluto provare il ristorante dell'hotel, ma alle 20 ho visto solo un paio di tavoli occupati e la cosa non mi ha convinto, ho allora optato per uno dei numerosi, e più attraenti, ristoranti ospitati nel cortile interno dell'edificio. Prezzo medio attorno ai 100-120 euro a notte, colazione esclusa, sopra la media di hotel di parii livello in Polonia.

Assolutamente sovraffollato, ore di coda alla reception, camere disponibili solo la sera, nessun posto auto nel parcheggio multipiano per gli ospiti (adibito a parcheggio multipiano pubblico). Quindi se vuoi stare qui a Natale, dovresti cercare un hotel più tranquillo. Ne vale sicuramente la pena 30 € in più. Purtroppo l'elaborazione di massa. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate e il personale fa sicuramente del suo meglio. Ps. Se prenoti su Trip.com, assicurati che le impostazioni di prenotazione non cambino durante il processo di prenotazione. Il prezzo cambia e rimani senza colazione. Dopo aver provato due volte, abbiamo deciso di prenotare la colazione in loco, il prezzo era comunque accettabile.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro commerciale. Siamo arrivati 45 minuti prima di entrare e speravamo di poter prendere la nostra stanza, ma ci sono stati detto che ci sarebbe stato un onere 40PLN. Possiamo lasciare il nostro bagaglio, tuttavia, le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma un po' stanche. Ma erano puliti e avevano tutto quello che ci serviva. Il colazione era molto deludente. Il salsa era come i cani caldi di una tintura e aveva un gusto molto fragile. Ci sono stati misti vegetali come il cauliflore e i broccoli che non erano quello che volevamo la mattina; ci sono stati portati uova scramblete, ma siamo affogati in sale; il pane era asciutto e non c'era neanche un toast. Non siamo dei cibosciati, ma non è stato per il nostro gusto.

Fabulous hotel. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the market square but bars and restaurant in the immediate area too. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with a good continental breakfast and lovely winery/bar although that does close at midnight if coming back for a night cap. No wardrobe in our room and nit many hangers but a big drawer and hooks on a wall, quite quirky. Would most definitely stay here again if visiting Wrocław

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 17 al 19 agosto, posizione dell'hotel ottima : si arriva in centro in cinque minuti. Hotel pulito, moderno con possibilità di uso di cucina. Due note negative da non sottovalutare: assenza di aria condizionata in camera comunque dotata di ventilatore e colazione deludente . Colazione soprattutto salata con zuppe, verdure con aglio assolutamente non internazionale, scarsa di dolci, marmellata, senza pan bruscato.... decisamente deludente per un hotel del genere

+Excellent breakfast - you can pick the food from the buffet but you can also order the meals from the menu, nice view from the classic plus room (walking path along the river + nice garden), comfortable bed, quite room (you can hear someone on the corridor but not really once they enter their room), tablet as a way to adjust lights, temperature etc., I feel like the biggest + is the fact that the classic plus room has the check out at 2 p.m so you don't have to be in a rush in the morning or wander around the city with your suitcase, really nice staff :) the building is quite small - only 3 floors so you don't really bump into other people all the time, nice location - right by the river, close to the railway station, market square and there are many nice bars and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood -I would add more lights as the overall set up was more towards this relaxing vibe and sometimes I just felt like it was a bit too dark. I would also allow more lightswitch confugurations as basically one was in charge of the whole room (you can control the intensity on the tablet but it does not solve the issue). As my trip was in November, I feel like even the warmest temperature setting was still quite cold. I'm not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms (there is a curtain so it makes it a bit better) The cons are mostly my personal prefrences so they don't really take away from the really nice experience :)

It was my first stay in that place during a weekend in Wroclaw and I was not disappointed. The room I was given was so nicely decorated, cosy and most importanly - sterile cleanliness - I have never seen such a clean room. Its location is the biggest advantage without a doubt - about 400 meters from a main market - a lot of clubs and restaurants nerby the object. The sound insulation of the rooms is also of a high level. I can highly recommend this place.

L'hotel è stato un hotel molto pulito e confortevole e si trova intorno al mercato di Natale. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole da check-in a check-out e ritorno dopo per raccogliere il nostro bagaglio, perché avevano una stanza per noi per lasciarlo per poche ore mentre aspettavamo i nostri voli. Non mangiava in hotel, perché ci hanno spezzato per la scelta con ristoranti e caffè intorno a noi. Grande hotel per un soggiorno a un prezzo molto ragionevole sono stato molto soddisfatto di tutto e sicuramente valore per i soldi e consigliere e spero di visitare di nuovo in futuro.

We stayed here about 3 weeks ago, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay so enjoyable, our room was very hot and we couldn't keep windows open all night due to traffic noise, the staff had a lovely big electric fan sent up to the run and also offered us another room if we wanted ;-) We stayed in the room as there were only 2 night to go. We will definitely be stopping here again on our next visit!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 17 al 19 agosto, posizione dell'hotel ottima : si arriva in centro in cinque minuti. Hotel pulito, moderno con possibilità di uso di cucina. Due note negative da non sottovalutare: assenza di aria condizionata in camera comunque dotata di ventilatore e colazione deludente . Colazione soprattutto salata con zuppe, verdure con aglio assolutamente non internazionale, scarsa di dolci, marmellata, senza pan bruscato.... decisamente deludente per un hotel del genere

L'hotel è stato un hotel molto pulito e confortevole e si trova intorno al mercato di Natale. Bella posizione. Belle camere. Pulizia.Solo rovinati da un'eccezione di parcheggio che il check-in non ci ha avvertiti.Questo potrebbe essere dovuto a stress su orribile mouse di edificio in hotel. Ma ho chiesto di parcheggio e il personale era vago sul costo. Abbiamo avuto un shock abbattuto, poiché il costo al giorno era quasi lo stesso della stanza. Wyndham non ha servizio clienti per l'Europa, quindi i miei tentativi di contattarli non sono stati fatti.
