I migliori hotel con spa a Wrexham

As always the staff at the hotel in all departments are fantastic. Truly professional as well as being knowledgeable and friendly. We have stayed many times , but on this occasion just visiting for a bite to eat and to charge my EV. I was experiencing problems with the charging point. ( nothing to do with the Hotel) just the company who installed and run the charge point! However a went to reception to see if anyone could help. Kirsty on reception duty could not have been more helpful and understanding. She made sure the reception was covered and came to the charge point to help me out. It was wet it was dark, I was stressed, but Kirsty, a true professional calmly and professionally helped me out. As always a great credit to the hotel. We shall be returning in December and look forward to the wonder hospitality that the Grosvenor always provides
