Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

The most amazing trip from start to finish. The aquathermal journey was amazing, the deep tissue massage was amazing.... and the food , I don't know where to start !! Just superb !! Special thanks to Jane T, Kirsty and Irina for making the trip extra special.

From the moment we arrived we were provided with high class service. I’ve booked this trip for my birthday as a celebration. All staff made my trip special. We really appreciated the upgraded room. What a lovely gesture. What an amazing suite with lounge and our own balcony. We just loved it. We ate in the Orangery. The food was unbelievably good. The hotel was spotless and nothing was too difficult for any hotel staff. The spa was amazing, if you want a great relaxing time with attention for detail. This is your place.

For what we paid for the room for one night I just expected a lot better. Booked the whole spa package, two hour thermal journey, evening meal, room for the night and breakfast. There were loads of silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning!! Half the TV channels didn't work. The light on the vanity mirror didn't work. I asked for a couple more decaf coffee pods for the room and was told there was a small charge, surely they're making enough money on the overpriced room?! And the evening meal in The Orangery (you'll have to see my separate review for them) was so disappointing. When checking out and asked how our stay was, I expressed all these issues without much of an apology or any great interest from the receptionist. "There's a discount code here (offered to everyone) so if you book again with us you'll get 10% off" Well I certainly won't be doing now, if you'd offered more of an apology or any compensation I might have changed my mind but certainly not recommend staying here now. The spa I can't fault, visited several times but just so very disappointed on what was meant to be a relaxing anniversary break.

Perfection - As close to the best weekend you can buy - not the lowest price - but a memorable stay - reception / rooms/ facilities / spa /chauffeur driven Bentley - too & from the restaurant- world class - truly spoiled -Breakfast 👎 excessive waiting time to be seated - 40 minutes wait/ cold toast - frozen butter - watery scramble eggs - poor service -! This breakfast service will need overhaul if we are ever to call - stay over again Anna / Spa - 2 treatments - amazing 🤩-Thanks The only other requirement for a good nights sleep 🛌- THE PILLOWS ( Room 1041 ) go check them out !

Just back from a lovely stay here. The spa is lovely and you feel like you're having a real treat. The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. The thing that stands out most is the friendliness of the staff. Without exception every single staff member was so lovely and helpful. Thank you.

We have just got back from a 2 night spa break here and have had the most wonderful time. From the moment we walked in we felt an air of calm and peace, we were greeted by a doorman and then a lovely lady on reception (I forget her name) who got us checked in and explained everything really well, making us feel welcome and at ease. The spa is beautiful and clean, with plenty of different thermal experiences to choose from. There was around 3 different steam rooms and 4 saunas, all with different benefits and aromatherapy aspects. Additionally, there is a beautiful indoor hydrotherapy pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The outdoor area is lovely, with plenty of seating areas which are heated and cosy so can even be enjoyed in the cooler months. There was experience showers, a foot spa and even a bar so you could enjoy drinks in the jacuzzi. The spa is perfectly designed for a restful and therapeutic experience and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff can’t do enough to help you and are so friendly and welcoming. There is water stations available indoors as well as an ice station and ice bucket to cool down. They have thought everything through to the smallest details and it really shows. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and huge, everywhere was clean, there was a fully stocked tea and coffee station with biscuits and a range of choices as well as water in the room. The TV was great and easy to use and connect your own devices to. You could easily adjust the room temperature using a thermostat. The bathroom was beautiful and we were given fresh towels both days. We ate in the orangery both evenings but there was too the option of going to the Italian restaurant they had on site. The food in the Orangery was beyond superb. From the complimentary bread to our fillet steaks, the food was delicious and well worth the prices. The service in the restaurant was outstanding and we were well looked after by our server Phillip who was welcoming, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food on offer. He really did make the experience for us, being so attentive and making us laugh, and topped off the whole atmosphere perfectly. Everyone was so kind and really couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast too was delicious, we had the option of going to the restaurant or having room service so we did one of each which was great, there was plenty of options to choose from catering to all tastes. I highly recommend The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village, our whole stay was absolute perfection, from the wonderful staff who provide impeccable service, to the beautiful rooms, gorgeous spa and the excellent food on offer. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to all our friends and family.
