Ok for quick visit, bed comfy and facilities reasonable. It was Fri night so there was music from the pub which I found interfered with sleep, but the website does give a warning about music on Fri and Sat nights.

Showers are always spotless and sanitized, beds are always made comfty. Everything is provided and also friday night live concerts are always really great! Honestly had a great time

A woman named Natalie at the reception was extremely rude to me. I booked another night on trip.com and prepaid for the room and I went to the reception to tell her. She insisted that I didn’t pay and demanded me to pay again in a very rude tone. I said to her :” you can’t do this to me.” But she said: “ in fact I can!” And she then said: “ if you want to stay here you’ll have to pay now that I ask you to pay! Do you want to stay here or not?” I was completely stunned! I got in touch with trip.com customer service and got a confirmation from them that they could see that I prepaid the room and the payment got through at the second I paid and when I called back the hotel to talk to the manager Natalie cut through my phone call and kept saying the manager was busy. I was completely disgusted!

The Bayview Hotel is centrally located in Woy Woy. My mistake was booking there on a Saturday night. You check in at the Sports Bar, which was okay, the bathroom is shared, which is okay, the rooms are basic, clean, tea/coffee, fridge, tv, sink, which is okay - the problem is the noise. The band started at 8.30pm in a bar near the hotel, and it was just so loud. Very loud. So forget about sleeping. And it went on and on and on ……..

I stayed here with my brother (58,56yo) on a Thursday night and it was great for our needs and the price. We had a family funeral to attend nearby and had driven up from Canberra after work so arrived about 8.30pm. The bar staff were friendly and checked us in and showed us to our room and the shared bathroom facilities. Although there was live music advertised and it was noisy in the bar we had no problem in our twin bed room (12) which was upstairs (there is also a lift) in the section that is labelled motel on the outside. Tea and coffee making supplies were provided including biscuits and there was a sink in the room. The TV was small, high up on the wall and missing it's remote but we managed with the chair to use the buttons on the side. There was also no airconditioning but the fan was on and windows open so no problem. There was two ladies bathrooms nearby, one was just a shower, sink and toilet, the other had 2 toilets and 3-4 shower stalls plus 2 handbasins, Would have been nice to have a shelf to put clothes on, it looked clean and fresh and had been updated. Soap and towels provided. Off street parking is also available although we just left our car on the street, visible from the window, which is 2hr parking from 8.30am-6pm. It's also close to the train station. Grassed area on the other side then across the road to the water and a jetty. Shout out to the ladies across the road in Big Boys Pizza who even turned the oven back on and cooked for us at 8.55pm before we realised they closed at 9pm. Sorry, I didn't take any photos.

We had the cheaper room with shared bathroom . We knew it wouldn't be 5 star . The room was clean and bed comfortable. But a curtain or blind to close to give privacy would be much appreciated. I know that ourltside the window was just a wall and aurconditioners but also a couple of windows. We felt like we were in a fish bowl. As for the tv we didn't pack our binoculars so looking at the postage stamp on the wall was hard for two elderly people to watch. Having said that the staff were friendly and helpful but no we wouldn't stay there again.

This is one of the worst places I've visited. The manager Chris Mills was so rude. I would not recommend visiting or staying at this place. Overpriced food and under qualified staff. DO NOT VISIT and my god, the night people are worse
