"Bed was comfy, and air con was great. The parking was tight and wouldn’t park in the underground again. The room was tired and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, it was nasty! The bath had lots of someone else hair in it and the sink area was the same. The soap didn’t work and hadn’t been filled up. And then the food. Well, I won’t be doing dinner again. The staff were training a new member of staff, no issue at all, she was super lovely. But she got something wrong on my order , again, no issues but the member of staff training her was telling her off, she did this in the main room and I don’t think she realised how much her voice carried. The food wasn’t that great either, but I mean it’s what you pay for. Breakfast was better, food good"

"Sadly not great communication. Don’t know if they’re email address or number needs updating but I emailed several time over a couple weeks and only recieved a reply a couple days before my booking. The room was lovely though, ideal for what we needed, only complaint was there was a 20cm round mirror only. We were going to a wedding so something a little bigger would have been really useful! Would recommend to others for a night or 2 stay"

"Awful stay. I stayed for one night as a solo mother with my two young children. It was meant to be a huge treat for them. I paid £180, booking early as advised. We arrived excited, but were allocated a lower ground floor family room. I’ve never seen anything like it - the pavement was directly next to our large window, so anyone walking past was right next to my daughter’s bed and could see into our room. I complained to the duty manager and asked to move, but was told there was no other option. On allocation they had known I was a single woman with children. I explained that I felt unsafe and uncomfortable about the lack of privacy. We had to keep our curtains shut at all times. Needless to say it did not feel like a treat at all. I was stressed and didn’t sleep. The duty manager the next morning was excellent and empathised that this was an unsuitable room to have allocated a single mother and young children to. I sent in a complaint as advised, from which I was told that the the company could not see an issue and there would be no apology or compensation. Last time I will be using a premier inn."

"Purtroppo non è una comunicazione molto grande. Non sapere se sono indirizzo email o numero bisogno di aggiornamento, ma ho e-mailato più volte in poche settimane e ho ricevuto una risposta solo pochi giorni prima della mia prenotazione. La stanza era bella, ideale per quello che avevamo bisogno, solo la denuncia era uno specchio giro di 20 cm. Andavamo a un matrimonio così qualcosa un po' più grande sarebbe stato davvero utile! Avrei consigliato agli altri per una notte o 2 soggiorni"

"Mi dispiaceva molto di essere stato recentemente aspettato, ma la stanza non era pulita all'arrivo, che era particolarmente frustrante, visto che ho pagato un sacco di soldi per due notti, e ho sollevato la questione con la ricezione e mi sono chiesto di pulire la stanza. Ho anche spostato le sedie, per poter gestire la confusione, ma quando sono tornato dopo, ho trovato che non c’era niente di pulito e che la stanza era ancora allo stesso stato. Ho sollevato la questione di nuovo con la ricezione, ma la loro unica risposta era "grazie per averla portata all'attenzione" e nessuna azione è stata intrapresa."

"My daughter and I stayed for just one night, but we look forward to going back. Fantastic location, just a very short walk to the beach. We had a nice stroll after dinner, and found it to be clean and well kept. Staff were all absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly, which added to the lovely atmosphere. We had a twin room, which was spotlessly clean, a great size and very comfortable ... air conditioning was a very welcome bonus! Breakfast was delicious, full English, and continental, which was fresh and well presented. Really can't praise the place enough!"

"The place is budget friendly and nothing grand but nicer than it looks on the outside very close to the Law Courts and to a place called The Happy Teapot and clean and provide a room with a coffee machine and tea. I stayed once in February and booked again for last week but got the day wrong. I immediately rang them and despite it being 8pm or so they answered and Andy at the other end refunded in full as I explained it was only seconds ago and I shouldn't be charged an admin charge. He even offered to and did book me into another hotel and sent me all the details. They need to fix the name outside as all the lights don't get lit up for Sleep and it is easy to pass it by or be unsure but it delivers what it promises and the staff on the phone were amazing. Thank you Andy you re a true asset to Sleep hotel."
