"Sadly not great communication. Don’t know if they’re email address or number needs updating but I emailed several time over a couple weeks and only recieved a reply a couple days before my booking. The room was lovely though, ideal for what we needed, only complaint was there was a 20cm round mirror only. We were going to a wedding so something a little bigger would have been really useful! Would recommend to others for a night or 2 stay"

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was not clean on arrival, which was especially frustrating given that I paid a lot of money for two nights. I raised the issue with reception and specifically asked for someone to clean the room. I even moved the chairs out of the way so the mess could be dealt with properly. However, when I returned later, I found that nothing had been cleaned and the room was still in the same state. I raised the matter again with reception, but their only response was “thank you for bringing it to our attention,” and no action was taken."

"Hotel Fab proprio sul lato del mare. La stanza era completamente climatizzata, brillante come il suo caldo. Aveva un bel colazione fresca e cucinata che ci ha messo in piedi per il giorno - grazie al cuoco Christine! La nostra TV ha bisogno di un ritorto che il personale sul desk front fornì per noi, un uomo carino che era così utile. 100% rimarrebbe qui, molto pulito e tutto il personale era sorprendente!"
