We had a truly relaxing stay. The room was spacious and offered an incredible view of the beach and the sea, even on a cold and rainy day. The room was warm and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. What we loved most was the day bed, placed right by the window, allowing us to curl up and enjoy the view in complete comfort. The atmosphere was cozy, with a serene vibe that made it easy to unwind. Despite the weather, we felt like we were in the perfect spot to enjoy the view while staying warm inside. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere Overall, the experience was very positive.

Always know what you're getting with premier inn. Room wasn't ready at the check inn time which was the only niggle when staying with young children. There was a welcome note and a sweet treat waiting in the room which was thoughtful and unexpected. Perfect location and Christine the chef at breakfast was brilliant very chatty and friendly the food was cooked in small fresh batches and plenty of options nice to sit with the sun coming up and view of the sea!

We had a very enjoyable three day stay which was made all the better by the cook Christine who was incredibly helpful, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her, even when I asked silly questions about additional bedding! Christine’s colleagues Sarah and Natasha were also only too happy to see and greet us on the daily. They both supported Christine with any and all our queries and needs. The food was delicious (especially breakfast, Christine’s poached eggs though!) I’m not usually a breakfast person but when staying at this hotel, you need to get you one of Christine’s yummy brekkies! Thank you for making our weekend away wonderful ladies and additional thanks to Christine, she really is so lovely!

Stayed last Monday and had great stay. Nice and clean room, free Internet. Had a good breakfast in the morning cooked fresh. The hotel is right in the seaside and close to the beach and shops. Very friendly and helpful team throughout the stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

What can I say. Once again greeted with a smile from Grace and her new colleague (she’s in good company) , showed me to my table, how can I resist but order the same thing as last time , nachos with chilli beef and a mixed grill. I honestly believe premier inn should use Grace as a prime example to the rest of the premier inns around the UK. She really is a delight I won’t be surprised if she becomes an area manager at some point, just so helpful and bubbly it’s amazing. Most orneier ins are the same , same food , same rooms same drinks etc etc , so if you can have someone like grace serving you it makes it that bit more special , like when oh see your favourite person when you go on holiday. I will be back .

This room is an utter disgrace and not worth anything I have paid. It's vile I had to ask for the blood stained mattress topper to be changed as you could see blood spots through the top sheet. I hope to god I don't get bed bugs! The carpet is filthy and has many stains The window is filthy as are net curtains Bed base is ripped and stained Dubious marks up walls Dressing table falling to bits Mould all over bathroom ceiling Dirty scaled shower head Dirty stained chair pad It's totally vile and unacceptable for premier inn Utterly disgraceful for a premier room at an un premier inn. Vile!!! This has to be the worst premier inn premier room I have ever stayed in. Pure filth. I really hope I don’t get sick.

Christine who makes the breakfast is fantastic! So kind and so hardworking. Constantly on the go, cooking and washing up. Hot food always topped up and even made us scrambled egg too. We come here especially for her breakfasts! Christine, you're a credit to premier inn. Thank you.

Appalling room. Avoid. Very noisy and light for 24 hours. Absolutely no view. No alternative available and I had paid extra for a premium room. Room 102. In addition to no sleep the rooms decor was tired. I would have put up with this for a good nights sleep but the room was so noisy and light it was impossible to sleep. This room shouldn’t be let at all and worse of all premiere inn must know this and have so little regard for their customers they carry on taking money for it.
