Never in my entire life nobody treats me like that, they didn't let us in because we came after 23 pm , we called them before 23 pm ,no answere!! Then we tried for another 40 minutes and nothing , we travel 1200 km.!!!! How dare you!!!! I Do not recommend this hotel, how can you leave your customers like that!???? This is disgusting!! Never go to this hotel!!!!never!!! I hope they face bankruptcy soon!! We paid for this hotel in full!! Don't go over there!! We don't need scums like that!!

Wij kwamen 's avonds aan in Worms op zoek naar een hotel en deze had gelukkig nog plek. Een zeer goed prijs voor €100,- incl. Een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Verse broodjes heerlijke croissants genoeg vleeswaren en ander andere keus. De kamer was het als het hotel oud maar voldoet prima. Het bed was goed maar de douchekop mag een keer vervangen worden. Groot voordeel van het hotel is dat het midden in het centrum is.

Positiv: ein hübsches Zimmer mit super sauberem Bad, ein kleiner Ventilator auf dem Zimmer bei sommerlichen Temperaturen, ein Aufzug und zwei Ausgänge (einer mit Treppe, einer ebenerdig) Negativ fiel mir auf: An einer Stelle löste sich im Zimmer die Tapete von der Wand und eines der Fenster schloss nicht richtig. Mit dem Service war ich nicht glücklich, ich finde es unmöglich, dass ein Mitarbeiter an einer Hotelrezeption mitten in Deutschland weder gescheit Deutsch noch gescheit Englisch kann! Mein telefonisch reserviertes Zimmer war nicht reserviert, ich bekam zum Glück trotzdem noch eines. Die Gäste vor mir sollten beim Einchecken bezahlen, obwohl sie beim Buchen im Netz schon mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hatten, das konnten sie dem Rezeptionisten aber mangels Sprachkenntnissen nicht klarmachen und zahlten deshalb noch mal mit der Ankündigung: können wir ja jederzeit zurückbuchen. Fazit: Die Lage mitten in der Stadt in der Fußgängerzone, ein Katzensprung zum Dom, entschädigt für vieles!

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Festspielort gebucht, es sind nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Leider gibt es darüber hinaus wenig Empfehlenswertes. Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und war kaum zu belüften, geschätzte Raumtemperatur trotz Ventilator 35 Grad. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksservice sprachen fast kein Deutsch, wir wurden gefragt, ob wir auch Englisch sprechen, das würde einfacher sein. Zum Frühstück nur entkoffeininierter (!!!) schwarzer Tee, ansonsten nur Früchte- und Kräutertee, Teewasser musste extra nachgefragt werden (Kaffee stand auch ohne Nachfrage zur Verfügung). Frühstückszeit ist von 8 bis 10 Uhr, als wir um 8.15 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen, waren bereits alle fünf Tische besetzt. Beim zweiten Versuch um 8.45 Uhr gab es zwar freie Tische, auf denen jedoch noch das benutzte Geschirr stand, und das Büfett war weitgehend leergegessen. Auf Nachfrage wurde für uns ein Tisch abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt, auch das Büfett wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Außerdem gibt es in Hotelnähe weit und breit keinen Parkplatz. Fazit: Okay, wenn man die Festspiele besuchen möchte und ein Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe sucht, keine großen Ansprüche an Zimmer und Service hat, Englisch spricht und ohne Auto anreist.

habe ein doppelzimmer vom 10.märz bis 12.märz gebucht und auch gleich bezahlt.als wir am 10.03.2022 anreisten konnte man uns das 2bettzimmer nicht anbieten .wir mussten leider abreisen.ich hoffe,dass man mir die 154 euro zurück überweist
