"Long check in time and very difficult to get a hold with anyone for any concerns. The heater is not working!!! We have been calling the phone number for assistance but no one is picking up and sometimes goes to voicemail right away. The inn is a separate building, upon checking in you will just be given a piece of paper contains information to access the building. The code that was given to us did not work!!! In order to get assistance you have to walk back to the main building which was on the other side and a few minutes walk. No one even picking up if you call."

"STAY FAR AWAY!!! Questo è di gran lunga il peggiore hotel e esperienza che ho soggiornato in qualsiasi momento. Molto ingannevole dalle immagini e posizione dell'hotel, si mostra effettivamente si è abbassato la strada e le immagini non sono nemmeno vicini a quello che è la vera cosa. Le pareti sono incredibilmente sottili, si può ascoltare assolutamente ogni parola detto in tutte le direzioni, mi sono svegliato molte volte da persone/auto fuori, persone in camere e molto sesso... La stanza è assolutamente disgustoso odore di mattoni e sono colorati, che trovate capelli ovunque. Keycard non funziona metà del tempo così solo si trovava in pioggia a soffocare in attesa di ripararsi. WiFi non funziona affatto. Assolutamente terribile esperienza, mai più."

"Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno presso la filiale di Workington. È stato facilissimo da trovare ed era proprio dietro l'angolo rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria principale. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente."

"The room was average. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was decent, an English breakfast. The wait staff were very friendly. The hotel is relatively small, somewhat reminiscent of a B&B or family hotel."

"Lovely property room and cottage done to a very high standard extremely clean friendly welcome and accommodating. Cooked breakfast was outstanding all fresh and local produce property, only a ten minute walk from the coast and on the doorstep to the lake district would highly recommend."
