"Long check in time and very difficult to get a hold with anyone for any concerns. The heater is not working!!! We have been calling the phone number for assistance but no one is picking up and sometimes goes to voicemail right away. The inn is a separate building, upon checking in you will just be given a piece of paper contains information to access the building. The code that was given to us did not work!!! In order to get assistance you have to walk back to the main building which was on the other side and a few minutes walk. No one even picking up if you call."

"Iniziare con il buon ........ letto era comodo e la doccia era potente. I cattivi bit ......... sono andati in per trovare allarme da fuoco per 20 minuti solido. Mybroom non era nell'hotel an era più di 2 set di luci di traffico che dicono 4 stelle, sicuramente non è. Mi è stato dato una chiave di carta nel dormitorio per scoprire che qualcuno era in quella stanza. Quanto imbarazzante. Così mi sono camminato indietro per un'altra chiave. Pertanto, oltre due serie di luci di traffico per trovare lo stesso problema, ma è stato uno dei miei colleghi questa volta così meno imbarazzante, così indietro oltre due serie di luci di traffico di nuovo per una terza chiave, indietro oltre due serie di luci di traffico per finalmente avere una stanza. La TV era una posta stampa, e l'hdmi era rotto, quindi non c'era un fuoco."

"Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno presso la filiale di Workington. È stato facilissimo da trovare ed era proprio dietro l'angolo rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria principale. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente."

"The room was average. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was decent, an English breakfast. The wait staff were very friendly. The hotel is relatively small, somewhat reminiscent of a B&B or family hotel."

"Lovely property room and cottage done to a very high standard extremely clean friendly welcome and accommodating. Cooked breakfast was outstanding all fresh and local produce property, only a ten minute walk from the coast and on the doorstep to the lake district would highly recommend."
