Comfort Suites

My high school class used the Comfort Suites for lodging during our recent class reunion. It was nice. Clean and comfortable room, clean public areas and nice staff. I didn't eat breakfast there as our class had breakfast events elsewhere. One sad thing...on the Friday night I arrived, a wedding party was also using the hotel and the room next to mine was extremely noisy till after midnight. They eventually quieted down so I'm thinking someone called the front desk for help. If the staff did intervene, THANK YOU!

Had a great deal going on through the Blue Barn Winery website. We came to town for one of their summer concerts. It is close to the winery. The rooms were clean and there was a breakfast buffet that was included the next morning. There were great waffles!

Excellent stay on a Wednesday night in April. We checked in around 8:30 pm and were greeted warmly at the front desk. The process was efficient and, without asking, we were given a room on the top floor. Bonus! Our room was large and SPOTLESS. The hotel seemed new. We ate quickly the next morning but were impressed with the offerings and the tidy presentation. The gentleman in charge of the buffet was friendly and constantly cleaning the tables as guests left. If our college search brings us back to Wooster, we will absolutely stay here again. We paid $120, including tax, which is a super deal for a top-notch stay.

We stayed for one night in a queen room. First of all.. the room is huge! Although it was just me and my mom, I appreciated the size and was thinking it would be perfect for even a large family. I enjoyed the walk in shower and the spacious bathroom as well. The beds were comfy but we had to strain our backs to get the sheets/blankets pulled up from underneath. They were all half way down.. weird but not a big deal. We did have an issue with the TV when we moved in. I called down and within 3 minutes housekeeping was up to fix the issue. The walls seem to be really thin as we heard doors and movement from other rooms quite loudly. The breakfast in the morning was okay. It had a decent variety but some of it (ham and hash browns) were dried out and cold like they were from the day before. Even so.. it's free so no complaints. The room price was just under $200. Seems to be the norm anywhere these days. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived at 1:30 am in a road fog and with a document we needed to have printed and I'm hand before 9am the next day. Jess at the front desk cheerfully went "above and beyond" to get us taken care of and into our room. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast buffet kept constantly restocked. The only thing I could have wished for was a second elevator. Would happily stay there again. Great value at a reasonable price.

The Comfort Suites Is our home away from home on our trips delivering our child back-and-forth to the College of Wooster. It is outstanding. Very friendly people. Absolutely excellent breakfast. Ty makes sure if that! Is very responsive to your needs. This is our go to place to stay when we find ourselves in Woosyer. We love it.

When my plan to stay with friends fell thru due to Covid just as I was arriving in town, I ended up booking one night here till I could figure something else out. I’m not familiar with this brand so it was going to be just for that night. I can be pretty picky. I was so satisfied with my room that I decided to book the rest of the week when I went to breakfast the next morning. My room was HUGE, quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. Cali, at the front desk, was just amazing. She was very friendly and made extending my stay at a great rate a breeze!

Really nice and clean. The room was spacious and they provided us with additional towels and soap and stuff without even needing to ask. Check in and check out process was very simple. Would stay again

Rooms were clean and very roomy. Front desk staff was friendly. Good variety of options for breakfast. Shower only had a place to hold a bar of soap. Nowhere to put shampoo, body wash, etc except for the floor. Also could not reach towel from inside the shower due to the way the glass doors open.
