We have stopped here many times and the staff always go that extra mile every time, Work books us in here and it's nice to be welcomed each time like a new customer, also walking distance to the town Laura the manager is fantastic and her staff follow suit,

Having stayed at many Premier Inns, this was the best we have been in thanks to the amazing staff who genuinely care about their guests. The quality of the evening meals was exceptional and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We were a party of 4, visiting to celebrate a birthday, and all of us have nothing but praise for managers Laura and Tiago, chef Taylor and the rest of team who made our visit a really great one. Excellent food and service enjoyed our stay staff was really good and helpful great place to stay in the lovely Cotswolds in Chipping Norton . Our room was lovely and big clean and tidy big bed and nice pillows. Also near the high street with plenty of shops and places to eat . We would come back again.

I have been staying at the Premier Inn in Chipping Norton whilst my home has been having some repairs. My stay was for around 3 weeks, for these repairs to be complete. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thiago, Laura & Marina. Have been absolutely amazing! ensuring I am comfortable and have everything I needed whilst I was staying here. The two younger girls (I am unsure of their names) that work here are both lovely too. Karmel is simply wonderful and went above and beyond for me, she truly deserves a promotion for her care and dedication to her role within the hotel. All the staff are very bubbly, funny and simply a joy to be around. Lula is brilliant at what she does & the food is outstanding. A massive thank you to all of them for making this process being away from my home so much easier and creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. I will definitely be returning in the future and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. Some of which already know the outstanding service and care given by all the staff within the Premier Inn - Chipping Norton. Thanks again to all of you - it’s been a pleasure! :)

Room was well looked after, food was delicious and staff were exceptionally friendly especially the trainee Taigo, and the chef Lula who cooked a wonderful dinner. Martina was also very helpful promoting the meal offer. Would definitely stay here again without a doubd

Excellent service the staff are fantastic and a really welcoming stay, comfortable rooms, great for families. 5 stars. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. All great thank you! We will be back.
