Very dissapointing. the room was clean but had 2 really hard pilows . no choice of softer ones. had terrible nights sleep with stiff neck in morning. no one at reception to help. the restaurant food was one of the wost meals i have had anywhere. the chicken was overcooked and hard. chips were cold.so were the other 5peoples in our group.we did tell waitress .I just wont stay there again put me right off.

地理位置在長橋核心區，比較方便，酒店裡設備也算還行。但是這個普瑞米爾酒店，價格比正經的萬豪希爾頓都貴，沒有拖鞋沒有牙刷，要都要不到的那種。早餐也不是自助的，可能是為了節約成本，需要自己找服務員下單點，很不適應。

酒店地理位置極佳，出來長橋車站過馬路到瑪莎百貨對面就是。服務態度很好。

Parking easy, a very welcoming reception, my room was nice a clean, breakfast was amazing and chief Ben went above and beyond to make me feel valued, can’t wait for my next visit see you all soon. On my next longer visit I will see what’s about in the local area

We checked in after midnight and the staff on the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning cooled the room. The facilities were of a good standard, comfortable nights stay and the pillows were 10/10.

Greeted by a lovely receptionist. Room was spotless and bed was perfect and super comfy. Shower was much better than a lot of hotel showers I’ve had before so that was great! All staff are super friendly - couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely stay again in were in the area.

This was a very nice hotel to stay ‘inn’ . It was very comfortable, very clean and also had a little activity and surprise for the kids! The pillows were the fluffiest I’ve ever had, the decoration around the room was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. Thanks for a great time!
