We spent one night during the Festspiele in the Hotel and will surely go back next year :) This hotel and specifically the guest and the manager is demonstrating the classical timeless value of hospitality that should be adopted by even some 5 star hotels in other countries. Both the reception, the management of the guests, the organisation of dinner and answering ad how questions is absolutely effective and seamless. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet even after the Festspiele a centrally managed shuttle bus was organised to get you back to the hotel from the Seebühne. The hotel manager itself demonstrated very appealing and evergreen principles of the hospitality by arranging seating of the desk during dinner and saying goodbye in the morning. The sustainability was apparent in the bathroom kit, air conditioning, and even the food offered. Although my wife is extremely noise sensitive, thanks to the isolated room we easily managed to get aggod night sleep. The staff is super cordial and efficient and the food offered for the dinner is super nice. The hotel is easily approachable and one does not have to hassle with parking, unlike in the city center. Overall strongly recommend the hotel for any stay be it during the Festspiele or other times. We will surely go back next year :)

We were able to snag night at this hotel but had to move on due to a lack of rooms. We would have loved to stay longer if we could have. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. This was a last-minute booking, so I cannot complain about the lack of room availability, and I was happy to get one night. The room was a suite and well equipped. In fact, it was an excellent room for the price. The staff was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It is walking distance to everything in Bregenz. I would return to this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to my friends. There is a bar attached to the hotel (KreuzBar, which is EXCELLENT and well run) and there is a restaurant connected by the courtyard/parking area behind the hotel. The train station, lake port, cable car, and pedestrian malls, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

From the very first moment of our arrival at this hotel, our expectations were exceeded. The person checking us in simply could not possibly do more than he did to make us welcome. So friendly and helpful. That was just the beginning, however, because the restaurant manager and the young lady who served us were also amazing. We were pleased to meet the Director, Filip, next day and he too was great. He said that if there was anything he could do to help, we needed only to ask. As it turned out, we needed that help when we arrived at our NEXT hotel in Luzern. Filip was as good as his word, and gave us some advice that helped us enormously and saved our holiday from being ruined. All in all: wonderful people, beautiful place with superb decor. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 110%.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il lungo lago, camere pulite, spaziose e luminose, con tutto l’occorrente (in armadio c’erano già cuscini e piumini extra). Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono. Colazione buona e abbondante, davvero ottima, con grande scelta di dolce e salato. Abbiamo avuto anche in omaggio uno sconto al bar, grazie alla prenotazione fatta tramite loro sito. Personale super gentile e attento. Una menzione particolare va alla ragazza italiana (mi pare si chiami Serena), super gentile, carina, attenta, premurosa è disponibile. C’era a disposizione la possibilità di accedere alla piscina, ma noi non l’abbiamo utilizzata. Andate in questo hotel, super consigliato, vi coccoleranno con la loro gentilezza! Sicuramente quando ripasseremo per Bregenz ci fermeremo lì a dormire.

The staff was always ready to help with any issues. The breakfast was great with fresh baked cake (vegan, just for me), lots of superfoods on offer as well. Great for business overnights as well as longer stays in an apartment. The manager, Alex, is very personable and represents the Hotel wonderfully.

Da quando siamo arrivati (che era 5 ore prima del check-in) tutto era sorprendente. Super professionista, gentile e di rendimento personale ....camera è super pulita e ben attrezzata. Colazione è anche punto di punta di punta ....molto fresco e diretto al punto. Lo consiglio e lo consiglio assolutamente. La posizione è anche molto buona, vicino ai ristoranti e tutto quello che avete bisogno.

Good hotel for family overnight stop (but no family rooms are available, you can have two neighbouring rooms however). Clean and modern room, comfortable beds. In one of the rooms there was a strong naphthalene smell I could not get rid of. Breakfast is very good for both children and adults. A lot of parking space outside with no height limitation, which is charged an additional 5€. Overall a good experience, and in a fair price range.
