We stay at the high-end luxury hotels regularly. When you pay a high room rate and it’s a 5 star hotel you expect service I’m not saying this is not a good hotel only there is some room for improvement. Check in was not what we expected from past Ritz stays. Nobody in front of the hotel. Nobody to help with luggage or to park the car. We went in and the employee at the front desk was friendly. We had to ask for luggage assistance and valet parking though. Not what you would expect! (the Ritz in Berlin knows how this works so maybe they need some education) The room was very nice. Large layout with a very good balcony. The view was nice (both in the day and in the evening/night) Large bathroom and large shower. No bath tube (which was ok) The balcony had a large table with chairs so you could eat and drink wine on the balcony. Also large chairs for relaxing and the privacy was better than expected. The bed is comfy, I always sleep like a baby in The Ritz. The location is right in the center of autostadt. Very nice and the park is also good for evening walks. We enjoyed the park very much. Very clean. We had dinner on one night. The food was ok but not 5-star quality. The pricing was 5-star quality. Value for money is not in balance. The pool was great. Water temperature was a big plus (coming from hotels without pool heating) the view is nice. The service in the spa is above and beyond. The ladies working there are the best. Breakfast was good. Quality of the food is high. Most of the waiters are very friendly and pro-active. There was one guy who comes to mind. He stood above the rest with regards of proactive service. Very good coffee. Check out was better than check in. The manager reacted pro active on our comments. I will not say complaints though it was not the Ritz experience I’m used to.
Das Hotel liegt extrem ruhig mit herrlichem Blick auf den Allersee. Das Interieur des Standardzimmers ist sehr ansprechend mit viel Stauraum und bodentiefen Fenstern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Bad optimal gestaltet. Die Isolierung ist hervorragend, man hört keine Geräusche aus den anderen Zimmern und vom Flur. Das Personal ist sehr jung und freundlich. Das Essen lecker, wenn auch verbesserungswürdig (Bowls). 20 Minuten Fußweg zum design Outlet und zur Autostadt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr begrenzt und wird auch von Nicht-Hotel-Gästen benutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Il personale della reception era molto bello e soddisfatto di tutte le mie esigenze durante il mio soggiorno. La struttura della stanza è ben pianificata e con molte superpotenze. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e pulite. Le cuscinetti e il conforto erano perfetti, proprio come essere a casa.
We really enjoyed the location as it is very close to the Autostadt and Outlet Center. The rooms are standard, nothing special, breakfast was good. The staff are ”Northern German friendly”, so don't expect any smiles or understanding for a customer. The tone is a bit too stiff for somebody working in the hospitality industry. We would however stay here again as the value for money is still very good.
Abbiamo prenotato tre notti con i nostri tre bambini per essere nella stessa casa in una festa di famiglia. Parcheggio (in quanto il nome dell'hotel è abbastanza corretto) siamo stati in un appartamento nel centro della zona residenziale adiacente che può essere raggiunto attraverso un giardino che non sarebbe degno di un hotel. Un piano dell'hotel dimostra che ci sono molte di queste escluse.
Schönes Ambiente, sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite). Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay, die Brötchenauswahl sowie die Aufschnitt-Auswahl hätte umfangreicher sein dürfen (war vielleicht auch dem Umstand geschuldet, dass es Dienstag war und unter der Woche anders geplant wird?) Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber recht unmotiviert.
Abbiamo avuto un corso di grill web con Daniel. Il cibo era di alto livello e le sue istruzioni erano educative e divertenti. Intorno a evento di successo. Le camere erano adeguate alla classificazione e le sale riunioni erano di aggiornamento. Possiamo consigliare l'hotel !
Der Empfang im Hotel war zuvorkommend und freundlich.Spontan erfolgten Hinweise zu Parkmöglichkeiten und Wege in Fußgängerbereich der Stadt.
Das Zimmer und Bad waren ansprechend und sehr sauber. Abgerundet wurde der Aufenthalt mit einem guten und reichhaltigen Frühstück.
Gern kommen wir wieder und können dieses Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Sauberkeit einwandfrei, der Service hervorragend und die Ausstattung erstklassig. Wir haben dort für einen Tag übernachtet, meine Reise war geschäftlich.
