Hilton Woking

We recently had an overnight stay at Hilton Woking. Checkin was wonderful thanks to the amazing Amelia who couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating. Our junior suite was amazing. Breakfast was lovely with great views. Well done Hilton Woking & thanks again Amelia.

Last night (18th Nov 24) My family and I arrived for our meal at 19:15. It was my partners 46th birthday and to celebrate with the kids. Now as I appreciate the restaurant is very new and still 'finding its feet' there were 2 waitress's and the manager to hand with what I could see a near full house. By 20:30 we received our food after a gentle nudge asking when will the food be arriving. The meal was nice although a bit over priced (Rib-eye less that 1" thick for £35) but the burgers the kids had looked amazing and got the thumbs up from them. I am not aware of the laws for this so please someone do explain, but compulsory service charges of over 10% I find truly disgusting. Long has the day when you get presented the option via the card machine or kindly giving the person who served you cash in the hand. This evening I was astonished to see on the receipt just shy of £25 tip!!! I haven't even paid this much when eating up in London let alone in Woking. My home town. I feel very let down with this and it did leave a very sour taste in my mouth when leaving the restaurant. I am not going to say how the birthday girl felt [sad face] Anyway, I will leave it at that but if things stay like that I know for sure, we will never return again. Happy to walk down to Cotes instead!! PS Also take a look at the attached receipt. Even the time at the top is incorrect as our table was booked for 19:15 as mentioned above. SIGH!!

The people responsible for this building are systematically destroying a town. If it wasn't bad enough that the ridiculous development that no-one wanted has literally bankrupted the town the building has caused huge disruption and financial loss to everyone unfortunate enough to live nearby by shedding great chunks of its exterior on to the main road every time the wind blows. I would never risk staying here and implore anyone reading this review to avoid if you value your safety.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Woking! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the convenient and spacious parking, just a few steps from the reception. The warm welcome from the receptionist, complete with a glass of Prosecco, set the perfect tone for our stay. The GLOW barista lounge was a delightful spot to relax, offering fresh croissants, cakes, and a great selection of drinks. The quiche we tried was delicious! The hotel's modern design and the exceptionally friendly staff made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. We visited the 21st-floor restaurant, where the temporary Executive Lounge is currently located, and were warmly welcomed by Paul, the Guest Relations Manager, who kindly gave us a tour of the restaurant, the Sky Bar, and the soon-to-open Executive Lounge, set to open its doors on 1st April. We enjoyed a lovely glass of wine in the lounge, accompanied by some delicious nibbles, before moving on to OXBO restaurant for a fantastic dinner. The stunning views stretching all the way to London's skyline, the relaxing atmosphere, and the excellent music selection made for a perfect dining experience. The food was simply amazing! After dinner, we took the very convenient staircase up to the Sky Bar, which was buzzing with energy. The live music performed by a talented singer, the great selection of cocktails, and the vibrant yet relaxing ambiance made it the ideal place to enjoy the rest of our evening. Our waitress, Frances, was absolutely lovely—friendly, professional, and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Our corner room on the 20th floor was another highlight of our stay. The breathtaking views, the comfortable bed, the spotlessly clean and spacious room—everything was just perfect! We were so impressed with our experience that we have already booked another stay in April. Huge thanks to the entire team at Hilton Woking for making our weekend so special. We can't wait to return! Great experience in the Glow lounge. Linda’s hospitality was exceptional and made the entire experience even better Restaurant and bar on the top 2 floors were also very nice, great selection of options and all the staff were very attentive

During my stay my grandfathers ring was stolen from my room. It was confirmed by the hotel that a staff member went into my room during my visit to breakfast and a police investigation was started. The hotel however defers any liability to the cleaning company. The hotel management promised me the meagre reward of a voucher worth a 1 night stay at Hilton, but after months of waiting I have not received this. Neither the hotel or cleaning company was very helpful in sufficiently resolving the situation and up to this day is very passive in any communication. The rooms were not clean either. During my search for the ring I found leftover coffee cups from the previous guests below my night cabinet.
