Hotel in zona Coldwater Canyon, Wisconsin Dells

This Place Is So Kid Friendly And My Children Have Fun Every Summer Here 🫶🏻

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Our room was CLEAN! The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient to all the area attractions. We were in a room on the 2nd floor near the elevator. It was quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. We would 100% stay here again. Great experience. I cannot stress enough how clean the entire hotel was.

Nice hotel. Clean, big rooms. Breakfast was great, but the hotel lacked in cleanliness at the pool area as well as inside the pool. TONS of hair all around the pool room floor as well as floating in the pool. Honestly, it was disappointing to see that the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. The cake topper was the older gal (mid to late 60s/70) we encountered in the afternoon. Lady shouldn't be working in customer service. She was rude & not friendly to my child who was simply asking a question. In return she told her she has no time. Then we wanted to watch the Packer game in the social area which we were told YES the day pior & we got the game on yet the older gal puts it at a level 3 & me at 40 can barely hear the competitor's!! What a crock! Needless to say, she ruined our stay. We'll try a different hotel next time we're in town. Overall, it was not worth the $505 bill.

The cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

Sono stato in questo hotel per 3 notti, e tutto andava bene. Allora martedì 15 novembre, Cody lavorava al divano, e la sua sola ha distrutto con attenzione tutta la mia esperienza. Andammo a chiedere se il caffè era complimentare, e lui si mise la mano senza nemmeno guardarci. Sono andato fuori e sono tornato, e ho salutato tutti in piedi nell’albergo, e Cody non ha nemmeno guardato per riconoscermi. Mi ha fatto sentire come se non appartenessi a questo posto, e non è questo il servizio che ho ricevuto negli ultimi due giorni. Cody deve capire che, indipendentemente dalle vostre opinioni personali su un'altra gara, lasciatelo a casa quando venite a lavorare. Ho pagato un bel po' di soldi per rimanere qui, e mi sento come se fossi benvenuto. Grazie a Cody, non mi sento più benvenuto. Per Cody, non credo che avrei raccomandato questo hotel alla mia famiglia o ai miei amici. Grazie a tutti gli altri collaboratori per avermi accolto con favore, ma per avermi rovinato tutto, grazie a Cody, per favore cerca aiuto, non siamo cattivi, e meritiamo di essere trattati come quelli che lei ha riconosciuto mentre ero nel lobby.

We stayed overnight during our recent trip to WisDells. This is our second time staying at this property. The first time was the same time in 2023( Labor Day weekend). The hotel was only 4 days old that time and the property was not even listed on TripAdvisor. Highlights: -Nice choice if you are visiting Dells. I know the hotel is 15mins.drive from Dells and other attractions(waterparks etc.) but still a great choice if you want a quiet location. -New property(peaceful, fresh air, country vibe). -Walking distance to many fast food restaurants and even a Walmart. -Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. -Small pool and is perfect for kids. -Free car parking. -Front desk staff were very friendly. Thanks to Devon at the front desk for taking care of our requests at the time of check-in. If you like running/walking outdoors, there are long stretches of sidewalks on South Blvd. going toward Baraboo downtown. You will pass through the National Army Guard tanker, art work, some historical buildings etc. Giving 4Stars only because of the breakfast experience. They seem to run out of basic supplies such as milk, yogurt etc. and are not prepared for managing the crowd spikes properly. The hotel should be prepared and ready when they are anticipating to get sold out. Some of the guests waited a long time for coffee that never came and they simply left. We had experienced the same issue last year as well and I recall having detailed conversations with Sharon, Duty Manager. Breakfast options can also be improved(based on our experiences with other Fairfield properties). Luggage carts will be a great addition in the front desk area for your guests to use. Overall comfortable stay(except for the breakfast experience). We will certainly return next time we are in WisDells. Thanks Fairfield team!
