Good option for a Night Stop off the Road. The Staff were kind and accommodating. Would Definitely stop in again if passing thru Winston Salem North Carolina.

huge room with very comfy king bed. Crisp clean sheets/towels. Easy access to room from Hwy 52. I love the minimalistic esthetic of the Spark hotel. Brittany at the front desk when we checked in was AWESOME!, friendly &, didn’t stop smiling.

They won't work with you if your plans change so you lose your money if you paid ahead with app so I will be tring to find other places to stay. I travel for work so losing a day instead of letting me reschedule is alot of money. So that tells me they don't need my business. This is second time it's happened so no third. I've stayed here alot but won't be staying there anymore. It can't be that hard to reschedule. Just means to me they are to lazy to do so. Most other places will work with your schedule if they can. These guys won't at all

My experience was taxing to say the least. I arrived, after working an eight-hour day and traveling five hours, to a room that had old urine stains at the base of the toilet (both sides). The staff immediately provided a replacement, but it had the same issue. The third room was much better but clearly had not been used or dusted in a long time. The staff member did state that they do not typically have much business. I would expect that there is ample time to clean the rooms, even spot-checking the ones not in use. If I had had the energy, I would have taken the loss and gone to a different hotel. Luckily, I was checking out after two nights. I will not be returning, frequenting any Baymont properties, or recommending to anyone.

Filthy bedding front desk guy had a nasty attitude they were under staffed and they expect you to be ok with filthy linen on the bed I would never recommend not stay at this location ever again VERY DISAPPOINTED

HVAC doesn't work (looks like you are adjusting it, but no change in temperature) Scratchy sheets with holes, no towel rack (just holes in the wall where it used to be), No cups or glasses in the room, not even by the coffee maker, no garbage can, one of the lamps didn't work, toilet kept running until you jiggled the handle a few times, card keys stopped working 2nd day of stay and breakfast was limited and unappealing. Had a waffle maker but no butter, other choices were fruit loops with unidentified milk or cold muffin.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I should have known because the price was too good. I will not try and save $40 again. Check-in was fine. We got to our room and the baseboard molding was tearing from the wall. There was a big hole in the wall from the door knob. Then, we found a big giant turd floating in the toilet. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We flushed the toilet and the toilet backed up. I went to the front desk and we got a different room. In the new room the refrigerator did not work and the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall. I went to get ice and the only ice machine in the hotel was broke. Their complimentary breakfast included stale muffins and not prepackaged, waffles and dry cereal. As I was leaving I heard another woman say to her husband, "We are not eating here!" Enough said!

There was No working ice machine. Refrigerator in the room was broke. The phone did not work. There was a hole in the wall and a big giant turd in the toilet. Also the baseboard molding was peeling from the wall. The desk clerk was courteous and did put us in another room.

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. I always find the rooms to be very clean and stocked with all the essential toiletries like towels toilet paper even shampoo and soap. I have never had a problem with the staff. They always go above and beyond standard s.

Filthy and disgusting! Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. Our room had dried stuff all over the wall, the desk chair was stained with white paint and a cigarette hole. Our smoke detector was cover with a Walmart bag taped around it. Waste of money!

Roaches, thick dust, crunchy dingy towels, sticky floor, cigarette burns on furniture, holds in wall/furniture. 3 time room change, last change by hotel with out permission resulting in lost property.

This hotel is in total disrepair. I understand when a hotel in attempting to renovate at the same time still having guests, but to have broken furniture in the hallways, room doors that do not lock (except with the deadbolt & latch), stains on room furniture, thin, worn towels that should only be used as cleaning rags-if that, and hotel staff until able to adequately perform their roles - should never happen. The whole place felt unclean.

The hotel felt run down. There seems to be some renovations happening and the hotel didn’t seem well maintained so it felt low valued. I’ve stayed at Wyndham hotels before and they were all nice. This is why I chose this hotel; it is a Wyndham.
