Good location. Close to Wake Forest university.

因參加女兒維克森林大學畢業典禮，特意選了這家最近的酒店，平常都是100刀左右，入住這天是畢業典禮前一天，漲價50%，整體還比較乾淨整潔，快捷酒店的配置，圖個方便。

OK的非常好

設施陳舊，入住時告知wifi壞了，一直到離店也沒修好。

Great value and comfortable room and bed. Friendly checkin, friendly good free breakfast. Convenient to Wake hoop stadium. Not much need to spend more and I will absolutely stay here again.

Courteous, friendly and professional. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay here next time I visit.

It was a business trip. The room was clean, The bathroom was clean. The tub had a chip it.I couldn't take a bath . The shower was great. I didn't have any coffee pod

Hotel was very nice and consistent with other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. Great brand and great hotel.

Upon arrival at my room, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. While I didn't see any other bugs for the remainder of my stay I was left paranoid that they were in the room. No other complaints about the hotel.

Upon booking the hotel, I was initially impressed by the fresh and modern furnishings. However, the hotel's location proved a bit tricky, with an easily missed entrance leading to a dead-end street. Our concerns escalated when we noticed a sizable portion of the overhead portico had been damaged by a truck. While the room did align with the photos, the overall stay was marred by certain inconveniences not captured in pictures. The bathroom's vent fan was persistently noisy, and the thermostat seemed to generate excessive heat, regardless of the selected setting. Additionally, the desk chair refused to maintain its highest position, sliding down to the lowest on each attempt. The true extent of the issues became apparent the next morning when we discovered the shower head was missing. To their credit, reporting the problem during breakfast led to a prompt fix by maintenance. When we returned, they were already addressing the shower head issue. Seizing the opportunity, we also asked the maintenance man to address the desk chair, and he promptly replaced it with another from a different room. However, during the maintenance visit, we noted that one bathroom light bulb had burnt out, and the warm white replacement differed from the remaining bright white ones. Attempting to inform the front desk of the resolved issues, we encountered another setback—the phone had no dial tone. The maintenance man discovered the phone wiring had never been installed. We will avoid Best Western

The staff here were fantastic-warm, friendly and ver accommodating. The gym was phenomenal, especially for a hotel and the breakfast had many options. My issues were, the television did not work when I arrived, it took me nearly 20 minutes to determine the HDMI cable was not in the correct port before I got the television to work. The coffee machine was unplugged and was in an area where the credenza had to be pulled out from the wall in order to plug the coffee machine in and there were no condiments for the coffee (sugar, creamer or stir sticks)

I’ll start with the good: 1. The staff are extremely friend and accommodating. They moved us into a suite , complimentary for all the trouble. The bad: 1. Dirty dirty dirty… the rooms are old and broken down. Our toilet seat was broken. The a/c units are caked with mold and dust. Bugs and gunk on the walls. 2. All the sheets and towels have stains. It’s so gross. 3. BUGS in the bed. We found bugs in our bed sheets, which is why we moved rooms. 3. The bathrooms are moldy. 4. There’s a noisy nightclub attached. DO NOT stay on a Fri night if you want a quiet nights rest. The base was shaking our room all night. 5. Parking is impossible during evenings because of the restaurant attached. Good luck finding a spot. 6. Paper thin walls. We could hear every tiny little detail of each guest around us. It was really awkward. As I said, the staff were very friendly and apologetic. They gave us a complimentary upgrade which was great, but I would never stay at that hotel ever again. I’d rather pay double to stay somewhere nicer. I hope they up their standards of cleanliness.

Booked Best Western for convenience and full hot breakfast. This one was far from everything and breakfast on Dec 31 was a lunch bag with cold egg/bacon on English muffin was tasteless, a cookie and muffin (all high in sugar). No cereal, no milk, nothing hot. Heater rattled all night and kept us awake. Would not stay again.
