The staff was very courteous while we stayed here during a snow storm. Housekeeping, front desk staff and Nicole at the Bistro on Sunday night Jan. 16, have done a splendid job. We were very comfortable here and will stay here again. Judith Smith

This Courtyard is such a great destination and experience every time I come here. I've been here now several times over the last two months, and every time, I am happy to arrive. The staff is amazing, the location is great, and the amenities are just what you need. At the front desk, Will and Midge are the most wonderful people - warm and inviting, with great conversations, and great recommendations about the area. They are so excellent at making you feel at home. Phyllis at the Bistro is so friendly and wonderful to start your morning when you get breakfast. Veronica, the amazing morning chef, makes incredible food! Get the Farmstand Breakfast bowl- highly recommended. Ti (Tiana?), who is part of the housekeeping services team, is also awesome. She is communicative, and helpful and very sweet. The proximity to both Reynolda, Downtown and the Universities is excellent - 3 min to Wake Forest, 5 Min to Reynolda area, 8 min to Downtown, and 9 min to Winston Salem State. Just excellent. The amenities are good too - they have a nice gym, which is always clean, an outdoor pool, a snack market, a bistro and bar open in the morning and in the evening. Everything you need is pretty much right there for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are the normal Marriot beds, so super super comfy. All in all 10/10 - will stay again whenever I'm in town
