Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben eine wunderbare Unterkunft vorgefunden! Das Essen war nicht nur sehr gut, sonder auch sehr reichhaltig. Es war für jeden etwas dabei! Wer an der Elbe ausspannen will, ist hier gut aufgehoben! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

WIr kommen als Ruderverein einmal im Jahr mit einer Gruppe ins Gasthaus Sievers und werden immer sehr freundlich und flexibel empfangen. Das Abendessen ist sehr schmackhaft, frisch zubereitet und deftig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig bestückt. Die Betten sind eher weich, aber alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein Gasthof im guten, alten Stil. Super das große Zimmer, das extra Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Freundlicher, zuvorkommend Service. Immer wieder gerne nach Hoopte in den Gasthof Sievers bei unserem nächsten Verwandschaftsbesuch in Ashausen.

Trotz Stintzeit haben wir noch einen Platz bekommen und neben dem Angebot des Stint gibt es noch eine kleine Auswahl an anderen Gerichten - wir haben uns für das Schnitzel entschieden und waren zufrieden, wenn auch die Bratkartoffeln krosser sein könnten. An den umliegenden Tischen wurde Stint gegessen und gelobt.
