Hotel in zona Pritchard Point Park, Winnipeg

As the title would suggest, you need be aware that your car may be broken into when staying at this hotel. I always check out the hotels I stay at on TripAdvisor before booking and I did see that this was a problem, but thought never in a million years would we be the target of such a thing. Not the case. Before leaving to start our day I noticed a note slipped under our door that there was an issue with our car and to visit the front desk. It didn't even occur to me that it would be this, I thought it was because we were parked in the red area, outside the hotels green area. The manager was called when I got to the front desk and he informed me that our car was broken into. I will say, they handled the situation very well. The front desk clerk, the manager that I spoke to, the security guard that helped to tape up the window and the clean up crew that were there with garbage cans and an industrial sized shopvac all handled the situation very well. As it turns out...from what we could see there were about 6 or so other cars that were broken into. After the shock sunk in and anger and frustration surfaced, I went back to the manager to see if there was some sort of compensation that could be offered. There was, which I appreciate. If this happens to you, don't be afraid to ask. Needless to say, no matter how nice the room was or how great the lounge and lounge staff were, I'll never stay here again. I will look for a hotel with a private parking garage or at least a more secure parking situation or find an airbnb.

Molto piacevole - ci siamo trasferiti 2 notti prima del nostro volo e al ritorno dalle nostre vacanze. Siamo stati lontani per 2 settimane e il parcheggio è stato incluso con la camera. Camere e hotel erano confortevoli e puliti, navetta a e dall'aeroporto erano veloce e rapido. La struttura è molto confortevole, la piscina pulita e la scelta del buon colazione, che è anche inclusa.

This was an overnight, weekend leisure stay for a nearby event. Despite having never stayed here before, the location was very convenient and the website photos were encouraging. Booking was simple using the website and check in was pleasant. On entering the room, the temperature was noticeably hot. Uncomfortably hot. We assessed this was because of direct sunlight coming through the window so we closed the shade somewhat and beeped the temperature down on the thermostat. Due to our schedule, and not thinking it would be an issue, we left immediately and didn't advise the desk. On return later that evening, the room was still incredibly hot (~25-30C) despite the thermostat being set to 19C. We had another timeline to make but we advised the desk on leaving. We were told the room temperature was ”centrally controlled” and that it wasn't possible to change it. We were offered a change of room but this was impossible as we had to leave immediately. We were offered a fan which we accepted. On return to the room the 3rd time later that night, the temperature was ridiculously high and nearly unbearable; the vent was blowing hot. The fan was of little use as the window would not open so it simply circulated stale air. We also noticed the blinds would not fully close so early morning sunlight brought an abrupt end to an already terrible night's sleep. On check out, the person at the desk made no inquiry into the quality of our stay and we simply left the keys on the desk. I then had to call the hotel later for a copy of the receipt as one wasn't emailed. I stay in hotels 60+ nights/year and this was one of the worst for quality, value and customer service. I will not be returning.

Parcheggio gratuito, guidare di notte sembra lontano dalla città.

La stanza è pulita, lo spazio non è piccolo, l'ambiente è tranquillo, la reception è cinese.L'hotel e il bar possono essere consumati, e la colazione gratuita, che è molto costosa nel motel.L'unico problema è che non c'è interruttore nella camera a aria condizionata centrale, e la camera doppia è un po'diretta fuori dal letto. Quindi non dorme bene.Spero che il negozio presti attenzione a questo problema.

L'hotel è difficile da raggiungere con la costruzione e il parcheggio non è conveniente. L'area è un luogo di alto crimine e può essere molto inconfortabile intorno all'area. Hotel è stato confezionato con persone. Ci è stato detto che molti di noi rimasevano perché erano stati spostati o provenivano dal paese, che è del tutto bene, e solo un problema per il grande volume di persone e famiglie che vivono a lungo termine nell'edificio e nella piccola zona di accoglienza. Solo due ascensori funzionavano e uno era rotto per un po', ci erano lunghe linee per accedere all'ascensore. Il personale era ovviamente esaurito e per lo più indifferente. Ci era sicurezza, ma la zona e l'hotel non si sentono al sicuro. Era una notte molto alta, convulsa, eccitante per noi.

Very clean, personable staff from Housekeeping to Maintenance to Booking/Courtesy Desk. I’m so impressed with this hotel that I recommend the staff get a raise or at least a nice perk of some kind. I have never stayed in a better hotel. I cannot rave about it enough. Everyone is so kind, helpful and smiling. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette but had food that needed the oven. Teresa even heated up our chicken! It’s too bad we live so far away as this would be the perfect place to stay on a regular basis. Kudos to all!

Godetevi un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante all'Holiday Inn - Airport West! Servizio accogliente e cordiale, camera spaziosa e immacolata, lenzuola di seta sul letto king size e servizi eccellenti in camera. Nonostante la pandemia, siamo stati in grado di utilizzare la piscina: un processo di registrazione efficiente ed equo ci ha dato 1 ora al giorno (avrebbe potuto essere di più). La colazione continentale non era inclusa, ma la posizione è eccellente e potevamo facilmente attraversare la strada per sushi e bubble tea, pizza, bistecca e altro! Anche un Shoppers Drug Mart e un Liquor Mart proprio dall'altra parte della strada. E, se vuoi fare un po' di esercizio, questo hotel è vicino al bellissimo Assiniboine Park & Zoo!

Ho prenotato una stanza in questo luogo per avere un riposo notturno mentre guidando in Canada. Questo hotel è convenientemente situato vicino alle autostrade e alle strutture alimentari. Dopo un lungo giorno di guida siamo arrivati a questo hotel per la notte. Ho trovato che il letto era stato costruito, ma non è cambiato, e c’erano molti capelli sulle lame e sul letto, e il signore che lavorava al divano, si è messo a vedere e l’ha portata subito con sé. Cambiando il letto è stata l'ultima cosa che mi sentivo come fare dopo un giorno di guida.Quando viaggio, portavo sempre i pulizi e mi pulisco la superficie, soprattutto da quando ho fatto COVID. Mi è stato insultato per vedere quanto fosse sporco il lavabo dopo aver svuotato il desktop e il contatore; è stato abbastanza male portare il lavabo al desktop per mostrare al signore che lavorava. Se non fosse per le scuse e il piacevole demo del signore che lavora al divano, avrei fatto il bagno e lasciato. Purtroppo, qualcuno che non fa il loro lavoro può riflettere negativamente sull'intero istituto. Devo dire che una volta che il letto era comodo e la stanza era tranquilla, c'è un odore di fumo di sigarette, probabilmente da persone che fumano fuori dalle porte del patio. Tutti i funzionari di fronte erano molto piacevoli. Questo era il primo Choice Hotel che mi era stato riconosciuto come membro di diamanti. Non posso parlare di opzioni per colazione come sono andato presto. Il manager ha riversato le mie accuse per l'inconveniente.
