Hotel in zona Foot Locker, Winnipeg

Very clean, personable staff from Housekeeping to Maintenance to Booking/Courtesy Desk. I’m so impressed with this hotel that I recommend the staff get a raise or at least a nice perk of some kind. I have never stayed in a better hotel. I cannot rave about it enough. Everyone is so kind, helpful and smiling. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette but had food that needed the oven. Teresa even heated up our chicken! It’s too bad we live so far away as this would be the perfect place to stay on a regular basis. Kudos to all!

As the title would suggest, you need be aware that your car may be broken into when staying at this hotel. I always check out the hotels I stay at on TripAdvisor before booking and I did see that this was a problem, but thought never in a million years would we be the target of such a thing. Not the case. Before leaving to start our day I noticed a note slipped under our door that there was an issue with our car and to visit the front desk. It didn't even occur to me that it would be this, I thought it was because we were parked in the red area, outside the hotels green area. The manager was called when I got to the front desk and he informed me that our car was broken into. I will say, they handled the situation very well. The front desk clerk, the manager that I spoke to, the security guard that helped to tape up the window and the clean up crew that were there with garbage cans and an industrial sized shopvac all handled the situation very well. As it turns out...from what we could see there were about 6 or so other cars that were broken into. After the shock sunk in and anger and frustration surfaced, I went back to the manager to see if there was some sort of compensation that could be offered. There was, which I appreciate. If this happens to you, don't be afraid to ask. Needless to say, no matter how nice the room was or how great the lounge and lounge staff were, I'll never stay here again. I will look for a hotel with a private parking garage or at least a more secure parking situation or find an airbnb.

L'hotel è molto pulito e sicuro. La posizione è buona se si trova in città per un gioco di hockey o concerto al Centro di vita del Canada. Anche vicino alle Forks, a 10 minuti a piedi. La macchina nespresso nella stanza è stato un bel toccamento. Il piano per la finestra e i massimali molto alti nella stanza. L’unica cosa che non mi piaceva era le porte francesi al bagno, perché c’è un divario di almeno un centimetro, quindi mi sono sentito priva di privacy mentre lì dentro. Il centro di Downtown ha quello che si aspettava di una tipica zona centro di una grande città. Un giorno vedendo un sacco di senzatetto e il giorno dopo nessuno. Le strade sono molto pulite e per arrivare all'hotel avrete bisogno di una chiave di camera. Il bar sociale sul sito è molto buona atmosfera bevande e cibo. Non consiglierei di andare da sola in città di notte. Ci sono molti pub vicino e mercato e molti ristoranti.

Molto grande, le strutture sono nuove e il trasporto è molto conveniente.La notte di arrivo, il personale è veloce per aiutarmi a gestire il soggiorno e andare a dormire.Molto tranquillo, la qualità del sonno è buona.Raccomandazione

La stanza è pulita, lo spazio non è piccolo, l'ambiente è tranquillo, la reception è cinese.L'hotel e il bar possono essere consumati, e la colazione gratuita, che è molto costosa nel motel.L'unico problema è che non c'è interruttore nella camera a aria condizionata centrale, e la camera doppia è un po'diretta fuori dal letto. Quindi non dorme bene.Spero che il negozio presti attenzione a questo problema.

Le camere sono grandi! Queste stanze sono grandi! Due letti, divano, tavolo e sedie, cucina completa, grandi tubi! Questo posto ha tutto! Il personale è stato super utile e è andato sopra e oltre per renderci benvenuti. Anche il manutentore è uscito dal suo modo per aiutarmi a riparare un pollice. Il tubo caldo e la piscina sono chiusi. Lavanderia di monete disponibili.

Il corridoio dell'hotel ha un sapore molto pesante di disinfezione dell'acqua, e ha anche un sapore di fermentazione. La stanza è generalmente igienica, ma l'hotel ha un super grande sciabola d'acqua, molto adatto per portare un bambino, e il parcheggio è conveniente

Molto piacevole - ci siamo trasferiti 2 notti prima del nostro volo e al ritorno dalle nostre vacanze. Siamo stati lontani per 2 settimane e il parcheggio è stato incluso con la camera. Camere e hotel erano confortevoli e puliti, navetta a e dall'aeroporto erano veloce e rapido. La struttura è molto confortevole, la piscina pulita e la scelta del buon colazione, che è anche inclusa.

We stayed one night on a cross country driving trip. We didn’t experience all of the facilities but the room was great, very comfortable and had a great sleep. The front desk staff were so pleasant. We had a very minor issue with the room which was looked at immediately and fixed. The manager offered us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which was such a nice surprise and then had 2 follow up calls from front desk checking up on us. There was a big winter storm and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out again. I almost gave this review 4 stars because the dinner was disappointing and expensive. The main courses were a bit tasteless and had to be sent back to be reheated. But I knew it might be hit and miss before we went in so I decided to stick with my original 5 stars for the great hotel staff and a great sleep.

This was an overnight, weekend leisure stay for a nearby event. Despite having never stayed here before, the location was very convenient and the website photos were encouraging. Booking was simple using the website and check in was pleasant. On entering the room, the temperature was noticeably hot. Uncomfortably hot. We assessed this was because of direct sunlight coming through the window so we closed the shade somewhat and beeped the temperature down on the thermostat. Due to our schedule, and not thinking it would be an issue, we left immediately and didn't advise the desk. On return later that evening, the room was still incredibly hot (~25-30C) despite the thermostat being set to 19C. We had another timeline to make but we advised the desk on leaving. We were told the room temperature was ”centrally controlled” and that it wasn't possible to change it. We were offered a change of room but this was impossible as we had to leave immediately. We were offered a fan which we accepted. On return to the room the 3rd time later that night, the temperature was ridiculously high and nearly unbearable; the vent was blowing hot. The fan was of little use as the window would not open so it simply circulated stale air. We also noticed the blinds would not fully close so early morning sunlight brought an abrupt end to an already terrible night's sleep. On check out, the person at the desk made no inquiry into the quality of our stay and we simply left the keys on the desk. I then had to call the hotel later for a copy of the receipt as one wasn't emailed. I stay in hotels 60+ nights/year and this was one of the worst for quality, value and customer service. I will not be returning.
