The website of this hotel is misleading and dishonest - there is no restaurant or bar, so you have to organise your own food and drink !! The rooms are however spacious and the small kitchenette is well equipped. Unfortunately we were kept awake until midnight by a very loud party in the building next door, but bed is comfortable and finally slept well after that !! Shower did not drain properly with a large pool of water developing, almost overflowing onto the bathroom floor - management informed so hopefully it will be fixed.

We stayed here on first arriving in Namibia and highly recommend the hotel. Well furnished, spacious and clean room, lovely and very helpful staff and in a good location in Windhoek. Great place to rest up and aclimatise. Coffee shop next door where breakfast is provided has a great selection of delicious food with fresh ingredients. Easy to park securely and staff made a reservation for a restaurant for dinner for us. Great value for money. Lunch in the coffee shop when we first arrived was also very good - coffee shop not open in the evening.

We had a great stay here. The hotel offers safe indoor parking with easy access to the rooms. The rooms are big, have great beds, and are modern design. There is a self-help bar where you can sign out any drinks or snacks and pay for at check out. Well recommended place!

We had the pleasure of staying here at the start and end of our 2 week Safari through Namibia. What a gem this place is and the manager, Paulette is simply wonderful. Nothing was to much trouble for her and what a god send she was when we got back from our travels. I had a very sore back and had headaches. I asked Paulette if she could recommend a masseuse that I could go to, she said she could organise for one to come our room, which she did. There is also a beautiful little coffee shop "Krisjans" right at the property, they have awesome food and service always with a smile.

Tenbergen is a superbly situated hotel in Windhoek, boasting generously spacious rooms. Just a 10-minute stroll from a shopping mall and a mere 10-minute walk from Christuskirche. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, featuring a small kitchenette and comfortable seating. Offering complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, and an on-site restaurant, in essence, Tenbergen becomes your new luxurious retreat in Namibia's slightly weathered capital.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at hotel . Welcomed and shown around. Our room was quiet big with a 'kitchette' are with microwave and fridge. Staff go out of their way to help - so just ask. For breakfast you get a coupon for N$150 and you choose food to that equivalent. Anything over you top up. Breakfast menu varied. Enjoyed my meal. We got packed breakfast to refrigerate in our room the night before as we were leaving early.

Stayed here for 1 night following a night flight. Arrived before check in time and were given our room early. The staff are happy and helpful. The room was very clean, all the amenities we needed. The breakfast in the cafe next door was great too

Decent place close to down town. Friendly staff and large rooms. Free parking on premises. WiFi is good too. You can find it on google map but not on a GPS device. The published number of the hotel gets no response for some reason. Clean place and pleasant stay

Had 4 nights at Tenbergen and found it to be excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious with stylish fittings and large comfortable bed. Breakfasts were provided with a voucher to the adjacent funky Cafe and were more than adequate. On-site parking
