Breakfast bar made us both sick. Probably the sausage patties. Pillows are light and miserable, weird half glass shower.

Our room was definitely not clean. Bedside table had spill on it. Had to go through and wipe down surfaces on my own. Floor to entry way looked like spills or leaks. Unsanitary feeling.
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and service was good- only had 3 towels - booked for four but brought your room in timely fashion. Pool area was also not very clean. Going to pool at open and there was some spongy implant on the ground; only 3 towels and clearly hadn't been cleaned from night before.

My wife and I and son stayed in a king room was perfect! My 2 year old slept the whole night ! Gave us peace and quiet lol and also liked that there was a lot stores and anything we needed was right there 😊

Breakfast coordinator Maria made us feel so welcome and valued. Her co-worker, whose name I cannot recall, made my wife and I feel at home. The food was great as well!

Sofa bed is broken, not functioning. Door locks in the bathroom and bedroom are broken.

Hotel was clean and nice. The bed was worn so bad you rolled towards the middle and made it difficult to sleep and get comfortable. Was a long night.
