房間很大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，距離火車站步行可達，去周邊各個小鎮從火車站坐公交都很方便，早餐選擇性多，不踩雷，總體來説還不錯的酒店

酒店設施齊全，環境優美，工作人員非常的友好。
酒店的床不是非常軟，對腰特別好，我睡得很舒服。
這裏的早餐是我吃過的最好吃的早餐，請一定要試試。
強烈推薦大家。

Fabulous stay at this lovely hotel for my husband’s birthday. Everything was just right. Our room was perfect. Overlooking the town. Lovely big comfy bed. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was excellent. But the dinner menu looked amazing. Lovely friendly staff. Nothing to fault

2nd visit to Lamplighter and will return. Great deal for dinner, bed and breakfast. Food is amazing using the freshest ingredients. Staff are professional and go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay . Cleaning staff did a great job of refilling coffees in the room each day . Staff in the restaurant are attentive and helpful, especially Dominic. Chef's food was fresh, piping hot and delicious. Beds are comfortable after a long day walking. A real home from home atmosphere . Communication from James who manages the establishment was spot on. Highly recommend a visit to this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

The hotel is situated 2 mins walk from the bus interchange, train station and the town centre with restaurants, bars etc, meaning we didn't have to use the car at all. Room 1 was fine apart from the toilet doing mini flushes every 7 mins, 2 lights out in the bathroom and the blind didn't block out the light from the street light outside the hotel (did mention these minor things to James) and this certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed this every morning. The lady who served it (sorry didn't get her name, but she is an ex-nurse) was lovely, always had a smile and nothing was too much bother. We only had one evening meal here, but this too was really good.

What a great time we had this weekend at this lovely hotel. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff are so professional and attentive nothing was too much trouble 👏. We stayed in room 10 at the top of the hotel it was huge, lots of light clean and comfortable. Ample parking both in the car park and on the street at the side. Would certainly recommend as the location is spot on.

Overnight stay. Evening meal menu very good as is the breakfast menu. Both meals were first class and good portions. Evening staff and morning staff were friendly and efficient. Accommodation was good with comfortable bed. Within decent walking distance to the lake. Parking very restricted , other than that, can highly recommend a stay.
