We recently hosted a weekend conference at Hotel Lela, and everything about the experience was outstanding! From the very first conversation, the staff was helpful, gracious, attentive, and eager to help us make sure every detail went smoothly. The meeting space was perfect for our group—comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to access. The hotel team made setup simple and supported us throughout the weekend with professionalism and kindness. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having water and coffee ready each morning, fresh flowers on the tables, comfortable spaces to gather throughout the hotel, and the staff being available to answer any last-minute questions. Several of our attendees also enjoyed meals at Paloma’s, the onsite restaurant, and couldn’t say enough about both the food and the service. It really was excellent! A special thank-you to Rebecca and Jeromi for their hospitality and partnership in making our event a success. Hotel Lela provided not just a great space, but a welcoming atmosphere that made our time together even more meaningful. We look forward to returning in the future!

This was a beautiful and an amazing hotel !!! We came down for two days to visit family and just stayed one night, but it did not disappoint my husband and I both felt like we were transported to a luxe resort. The staff was so friendly the concierges were super helpful as well . We went down for Dinner and the food was fantastic my husband and I both agreed we will definitely be back again and this time stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel!!

What an amazing Hotel and staff!!! Kassandra at the front desk was one of the most patient, kind, helpful, and accommodating hotel agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She really went above and beyond for my wife, son, and myself. Ariana the housekeeper is another wonderful addition to the Lela Hotel team, she took great care of our room and was very respectful of our personal items. Kassandra, Ariana, together with Eddie the houseman are the kind of people that make a great stay at a hotel, into an extraordinary stay. What a team!! 5 stars!!

I had a wonderful stay here! The hospitality was excellent from start to finish, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special shout-out to the cooks, bartender, and server for making the experience so enjoyable — they really went above and beyond !!

Room had dirty glasses. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night due to an error made by the daytime front desk associate. The night clerk was unprofessional, aggressive, and put her hand to my face. I emailed their Manager Orlando Faison and never heard anything. Completely unprofessional and not at all your typical Hilton experience.
