Hotel in zona Wheeler Park, Wilmette

Ogni anno, ogni viaggio in hotel, quattro anni dopo, sono andato allo stesso hotel, e il caldo e il caldo sono i nostri preferiti.Il shopping intorno al parco è molto conveniente, e il centro commerciale di fronte è anche il luogo in cui spesso andiamo.

Non so cosa fosse meglio ... Il comfort del mio letto o la gente che lavorano presso il Hampton Inn & Suites situato a Skokie, IL! Il personale era così bello. Jose, Anesa, Rebecca, Jackie e Tracey, e tutti i membri del personale non potevano essere più gentili e più disposti ad aiutare a rendere il mio soggiorno eccellente! Ho avuto un danno, ho bisogno di una sedia a rotelle, di una cura e di un'attenzione speciale, e il personale era più che felice di aiutarmi a uscire, e mi hanno fatto un punto speciale per assicurarmi che mi prendesse cura e chiedere se mi servisse qualcosa. Egli era preoccupato che avessi tutto quello che avessi bisogno e che avessi fatto la mia esperienza del più grande possibile. Quando ho prenotato la mia stanza, ero un po' nervoso che avrei avuto difficoltà a venire in giro, ma il personale di questo hotel era così generoso da offrirmi aiuto che potevo rilassarmi un po' più e non preoccuparmi di venire in giro. Sono davvero così grato per questo e per tutte le preoccupazioni e l'assistenza che mi hanno dato. Per quanto riguarda la qualità della camera, i letti e la camera erano super comodi. Il letto era come dormire su una nuvola. Non volevo uscire da essa! Gli altri ospiti erano rispettosi. La stanza era pulita. Il colazione era piuttosto buono. Niente di super elaborato o di fantasia, ma per il punto di prezzo dell'hotel, era più che buono abbastanza colazione. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo, mi è sembrato un prezzo molto equo per il livello di servizio e prodotto fornito. Non è un hotel super alta fine con servizio in camera gourmet, ottima vista, un'ampia distribuzione di buffet per colazione e servizio concierge, ma la qualità dell'alloggio, il livello di comfort e il servizio clienti è sicuramente solido e molto buono, Il hotel è un hotel aperto, che offre un servizio clienti eccellente e un prezzo equo.

Recentemente sono rimasto con mia figlia per una visita all'università. Il personale era molto caldo e professionale. Il cibo nel ristorante era buono, la piscina e le strutture della piscina sono state eccellenti. In particolare, voglio sapere al mondo del personale del front desk. Marcus e Catherine erano al di sopra e al di là del professionista e hanno davvero aiutato a rendere il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

Love the new food selection of sandwiches, ice cream bars, chips, and the fact that you are trying to have more of a variety of food and snacks! As usual,beautiful hotel. Friendly crew. Loved my stay. Thank you!!!

This hotel is in a good location in Evanston and would be nice if it were accessible. There are two sets of stairs to get inside, and the lift was out of order. There was merely a sign that stated “Out of order. We apologize for the inconvenience.” My friend is a wheelchair-user and could only gain access to the hotel by going up and down an incredibly steep ramp in the parking garage meant for cars — not people. We informed the front desk and asked for another entrance and exit and were told the unsafe parking garage ramp for cars is the only way in and out that avoids stairs besides the lift. They told us the lift has been out of order for “a few days” and they only called an engineer once we told them about it. This is unacceptable — completely inaccessible hotel and fixing the lift clearly was not their priority. Also, one of the hotel staff was not helpful when we asked for assistance with our bags (we are both disabled and cannot carry them). She simply brushed us off and told us to ask security (there was no security person to help). This hotel really needs to improve their accessibility and disability practices as they are excluding a large percentage of the population and as a result, losing customers.

Our stay at Hyatt House Chicago/Evanston was an absolute delight. The heartwarming smiles of the staff greeting us upon arrival set the tone for a splendid stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with beaming smiles that genuinely made us feel at home. The general manager, Jazmine Lee, and the assistant general manager Ray Mata stood out with their graciousness and cordial demeanor, making us feel appreciated and valued. We were also surprised by the housekeeping team's professionalism, especially their supervisor, Dalia, who demonstrated impeccable service and genuine warmth. We love that she greets us with a warm and friendly smile. The attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness were apparent, and they served us with kindness and respect. We were particularly impressed with the front desk personnel, who were professional and went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Harvey Penn from the front desk always greeted us with a smile that exuded genuine warmth and friendliness. The positivity of the entire team made our stay truly enjoyable—especially Rob, Olivia, Adna, Hibba, and Leylani. We highly recommend Hyatt House Chicago/Evanston to anyone looking for a friendly, goes beyond-expectations and heartwarming experience. -AF
