"For the location, it’s hard to beat but I’d probably find something else next time. Clean room mostly but no shared bathroom cleaning whilst we were there (2 nights). No fresh towels and the kitchenette was on the floor below and filled with food from ‘extended stay’ guests. The air con in the room was stuck on 18 but it wasn’t cold so the open window gave a better breeze but the fly screen was missing so the insects bothered us a bit. The fan was also on when we arrived but it was also stuck and couldn’t be turned up to help with the temperature. Could have been dead batteries in the remotes but I feel it’s the establishment’s job to check that before guests arrive. Just looks like not much care goes into maintaining the amenities."

"The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful."

"Nice, casual, unassuming hotel with generous sized room. Lovely touches like a washer and dryer included which is really appreciated. Small details like fresh milk, hot chocolate and a coffee machine adds to the charm. Great location as it’s a 5 min walk to St Leonard’s train station. Would stay again."

"Il check-in era OK, eravamo arrivati troppo presto, ma hanno tenuto le valigie e hanno permesso di chiamarci bene prima di controllare in tempo che era bello. Le direzioni verso la stanza erano difficili e inizialmente ci sono state detto il modo sbagliato di andare. Il ricevitore aveva un po' di atteggiamento, ma alla fine l'abbiamo fatto. La stanza era enorme, aveva una bella vista con balconi decenti. Un po'datato, ma tutto bene. Non abbiamo usato la stanza troppo, ma sembrava bene. La TV nella camera da letto non funzionava, ma i letti erano buoni e molto spazio. Ci piaceva la piscina, ma il bagno non funzionava. Sei circondato da negozi e cibo che ci piacevamo. Area amichevole e si sentiva al sicuro con molte famiglie intorno. Controllo era buono e ci tenevamo ancora le borse, così potremmo esplorare un po' di più."

"The suite is clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 people. The hotel is about 7 min walk to metro. Highly recommend for family vacation in Sydney."

"So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know."

"Hotel carino. Di solito buon valore per il prezzo, tranne quando sono quasi pieni, può diventare costoso. Ma la maggior parte del tempo buon valore per i soldi. Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole e la maggior parte delle camere sono pulite e comode. Alcuni stanze sono un po' grosse e date, ma sono lentamente ristrutturate. Tutti intorno a un ottimo hotel."

"This was actually a very big surprise to find a well equipped and clean apartment in the city and so close to the Hospital that I was in for some procedures! Will for sure use this apartment in the future with my future operations. A Friend directed me to this place and very thankful for it."
