Red Roof Inn Conroe North - Willis

Shower curtain had mold/mildew on bottom. Towels were small, old and a bit rough on the body. Roaches in room. Ironing board broken and no hair dryer. Room needed updating. Very noisy location as it is on IH45. Kind of hard to get too and the road was a bit torned up. The other amenities around MCD, Shipley donuts, CVS and few other places were nice and convenient.

Buildings could use an upgrade, toilet didn’t work properly, the bed was very comfortable, though. Staff was helpful.

Room smelled like mold- mold in the bathroom, in the shower & on the ceiling. Toothpaste spit & beard hair trimmings left all over the sink & mirror. Suspicious holes in the bathroom ceiling. Dead bugs & dirt on the night stand. Wouldnt refund my 2nd night & acted oblivious to why i would want to leave.

First room had hair in the sheets and big stains all over the beds. Second room had red stains on the walls, stains on beds and a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Front desk guy got huffy but finally moved us to 3rd room but refused any compensation for the trouble.

Roaches everywhere won’t accommodate the inconvenience and will find any reason to keep deposit. Health hazard, dusty. They raise prices and pocket the difference… RUN!!!

I didn’t like the bug roach infestation. The manager was very rude to me when I took to long to pull up my reservation when I rebooked a room. She told me nobody is waiting for me. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. They didn’t change the linens as I got the same room and the housekeeper is very old and does not disinfect or clean properly. I always would stay there it’s convenient but now it needs a visit from the health depar**ent. Roaches were attacking me soon as I sat down and I have pictures and videos.

4 live German Roaches. Sink drain stuck. Shower water backed up. Left in the middle of the night when we found roaches.

Poor quality of facilities. Lack of effort to keep clean. Staff was dismal.

Checked in at 3 pm- two rooms. Went to a wedding that we were in town for and when we got back at midnight they had given one of our rooms to someone else! This place was roach infested ( the little dirty ones) and the next morning we saw them cleaning the room next to ours and didn’t change the bed linens at all, just made the bed with the same sheets. Very gross motel!
