Overall the hotel is good, with good facilitées. The issue is with the staff with an employee being rude, unpolite, showing agressivity and not respecting privacy. I felt in danger ! I had to raise the case to my lawyer.

We stayed for three nights! We had a great room, we enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel was perfect. We also had dinner one night. The portions are big, but in my opinion the food here was not really special. Price/quality was fine. However the staff was really nice and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was really amazing. The food was great, staff was friendly, the accommodations were really nice. Our room was also spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel also provided us with information about what we should do in Willingen.

The hotel is well positioned in the city center and close to the ski resort. Wellness area is good. To be improved the quality of the breakfast I would anyhow suggest the hotel to other friends. Parking available at the place.

Habe die Übernachtung meinem Mann als Gesamtarrangement zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Wir waren zunächst im Wellnessbereich, dann zum Abendessen in Büffetform inklusive einer Flasche Prosecco, haben übernachtet und am nächsten Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt. Bis auf die Speisen, die in Ordnung, aber auch nichts Besonderes waren, waren wir SEHR zufrieden und es hat uns richtig gut gefallen

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im gleichen Hotel, im gleichen Zimmer mit weitestgehend dem uns bekannten Personal. Aufgrund der Corona-Krise sowie des warmen Wetters war die Nutzung der zur Verfüg stehenden Wintersportanlagen eingeschränkt. Im Hotel hat man viele Möglichkeiten; die LEO Bar ist eine Empfehlung für die Abende.
