The Historic Hideaway is comprised of 3 separate pre-war houses on the same lot on the corner of Historic Route 66 and 5th St in Downtown Williams. The Blue Bungalow is 3BR/2BA, Blonde Bungalow 1BR/1BA, and Burgundy Bungalow 2BR/2BA. Enjoy high speed WiFi, SmartTVs in the living rooms and bedrooms, full size washer and dryers, and fully fenced yards with fire pits, charcoal bbq grills, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, covered front porches, and gazebo. Parking in the driveway. Fully remodeled 2023 with new central AC, furnace and appliances. There are three discrete homes that create the Downtown Historic Hideaway: BLUE: The single level home features three bedrooms - the master with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with shower and laundry with LG washer/dryer tower. There is a spacious closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps and a large dresser with a 50” Samsung Smart TV on top. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, two windows providing abundant natural light. There is a closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps and a large dresser with a 43” Samsung Smart TV on top. The third bedroom doubles as an office and features a desk, desk chair, daybed and trundle bed. It also has a back door that leads to a fenced yard (5' high fence and gate). The hall bathroom has a tub shower with subway tile, new toilet and vanity. The living room is comfortable with a sofa, club chair, and dry bar with three barstools. The living room features a 50" Samsung Smart TV in front of a Jack Kerouac and Neal Cassady mural paying homage to the iconic midcentury road trippers. The living room and two bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. The robin egg blue appliances include a gas range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and classic refrigerator. The dining room features a sunburst light fixture over two dining tables seating up to 8. There is a covered front patio with a fully fenced (3’) front yard featuring 4 Adirondack chairs, fire pit and picnic table. YELLOW: The single level home features one bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom with shower. There is a spacious closet with hangers and shelf, headboard bench with reading lamps, and a wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. The living room is comfortable with a sofa, club chair, floor lamps and fireplace console with a 55" Samsung Smart TV on top. The living room features an Easy Rider wall mural paying homage to the iconic 1960’s road trippers. The living room and bedroom both have Samsung Smart TVs with streaming WiFi access. The new kitchen features a butcher block counter with a stainless steel undermount sink, dishwasher and milkshake white gas range, hood and classic refrigerator. There is also a microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker. There is a huge fully fenced private yard featuring two Adirondack chairs, fire pit and picnic table. RED: The single level home features two bedrooms - the master with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with shower. We love dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for our furry friends (sorry, no cats)..
