Grande soggiorno, personale pulito, efficiente e super amichevole, posizione è proprio in pieno fronte alla stazione. L'unico commento era se siete un sonno leggero chiedere la schiena dell'hotel, mentre ero sul fronte della strada e era piuttosto rumoroso anche con le finestre chiuse.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo dormito all'Hotel Central a Roosendaal, grazie a una situazione imprevista. Quando eravamo spiaggiati in una notte di domenica a Roosendaal Central a causa di un disturbo presso la NS, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere la notte in questo hotel. E che fortuna era quella! Quando arrivammo, il portavoce della notte ci ha accolti con amicizia, che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente benvenuti, e dopo una breve consultazione con il suo collega, abbiamo potuto prenotare un'altra stanza. Il prezzo era molto ragionevole, soprattutto alla luce della situazione, e ci siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità della camera. La camera era spaziosa, comoda e pulita. Possiamo davvero riposare un attimo dopo la inattesa volta della nostra serata. Il più grande affidamento è stato la cortesia del personale alla reception, che era attento, utile e che faceva tutto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole, e che la loro atteggiamento positivo faceva una differenza per noi. E' stato come se fossimo rimasti con gli amici invece di stare in un hotel. La mattina dopo siamo stati trattenuti per un bel colazione. C'era una vasta scelta di pane fresco, pasticceria, frutta e bevande calde. In generale, possiamo consigliare Hotel Central a Roosendaal. Da quando siamo arrivati al momento della partenza, siamo stati trattati come ospiti apprezzati. La gente amichevole, il prezzo a buon mercato e la qualità della camera hanno reso il nostro soggiorno inaspettato un'esperienza positiva. Grazie sincere alla squadra di Hotel Central!

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel per la sua posizione vicino a Rotterdam e l'autostrada. Abbiamo avuto un lavoro da fare, quindi abbiamo deciso di prendere una Skyline Suite, così abbiamo avuto un po' di spazio per sedersi e lavorare. Purtroppo le suite sono fatte per un'uscita romantica. Il 13° piano non preoccupa che qualcuno si guardi nella stanza. L'hotel prende anche un extra di 150 € come obbligazione, se si fa un cazzo della stanza. Ci è un bagno separato. La zona del bagno è enorme. Due lavastoviglie e un sacco di spazio, purtroppo non erano disponibili i bicchieri. Usavamo i tazze di caffè della scatola per bere. Un enorme lotto in un'area aperta, che non era stata usata. Un'altra stanza aperta con due docce e testa di doccia “foresta piovana” nel tetto. La pressione dell'acqua non era abbastanza alta per farli funzionare. Neanche i binari o le tovaglie forniti in quella stanza. Quindi, a meno che non fossero preparati, dovevi andare nello spazio con il bagno, per ottenere le tovaglie. Solo due asciugamani sono disponibili, abbastanza grandi per infilare un bambino in... ma non abbastanza grandi per un adulto. La qualità è stata inferiore e non bello e fluffy per una stanza con tante caratteristiche acquatiche. Solo due tovalette più grandi, quindi se volessi un bagno e una doccia, dovevi usare una tovagliola bagnata per il secondo uso.Nessun tavolo dove potresti usare un pasto di servizio in camera, né sedie decente. Nessun desk, invece di fare una tavola con uno specchio grande. Due sedie da letto, dove si può solo dormire, accanto al letto dove si può dormire. Il letto è grande, ma la matrice non ha adattato il letto! Su entrambi i lati avete 15 cm di spazio. La stanza ha una macchina da caffè, con 4 tazze da caffè. Quindi non dovresti essere un drinker di caffè. Un piccolo frigo è anche presente, con 2 piccole bottiglie d'acqua, quindi non c'è bar!! Per una stanza che costa oltre 300 € questo può essere utilizzato come un bel giardino romantico con il tuo amico segreto ... ma portare la tua scatola di ghiaccio, asciugamani e caffè!!

The Bastion Hotel in roosendaal was quite an experience, in good ways and bad ways. I have to admit the cleaning schedule and some of the workers were not what was expected of a hotel, the food was wrong when we ordered it, and we had several issues with room keys not working. However. There were three members of staff that made our visit absolutely incredible. Dave, Ravi, and Jordi are amazing. The level of customer service we received compared to elsewhere in the Netherlands was exemplary. Any problem we had was quickly resolved. They met us as professionals, and 12 days later we left as friends. After 10 hours work in a different country, we were greeted with pleasant smiles, friendly faces and engaging conversation, which after a long day is exactly what you need. The customer service provided by these three employes was absolutely next level and I will be sure to visit the Bastion next time just to see these three guys. Thank you for making my stay as good as you could. Big respect.

I travelled as part of a shearings 4 night coach trip. We arrived late into the evening thankfully check in was very quick and painless. The entranceway to the hotel is lovely and has a pleasant outdoor seating area, although mainly used by the smokers I had a room on the 2nd floor with a nice view of windmill. My room was spacious, although fairly basic, but it had everything I needed. This included a kettle, coffee maker, and fridge. Unfortunately, only paper cups available which weren't replaced for the 4 days so I had to rinse these out. The beds were comfortable enough and the room had 2 chairs and a table. There was a lift. No issues with the room Unfortunately the same can't be said about the rude staff in the restaurant. On the bus we were asked if we wanted to book an evening meal this was 3 courses, I didn't want 3 courses. No other options available so that night we tried to just go for a meal in the restaurant. The older gentleman shouted at us saying we should have booked via the coach driver we tried to explain we didn't want 3 courses but was told to go away. Needless to say we walked into town just a couple of minutes away and had a lovely meal. If they don't want to serve the burgers which are displayed on the tables then don't!!! Thankfully there is an Aldi nearby and the lovely town with a couple of food options is only around a 10 minute walk away. Although the breakfast was lovely I really can't see us returning or recommending this hotel. I would suggest going somewhere with nicer staff who actually want to give good service

Camere spaziose, buon letto. Ma qualcosa di molto strano trovato ; l'hotel ha un piano e due piani sopra. Il piano t****e è sotto il tetto piatto e è in linea di principio il più caldo, ma solo su questo piano non c'era aria condizionata. Per il resto, il ristorante è eccellente, intendo il cuoco. Il personale sembra una banda di zombie. Inesperto e non qualificato. Al contrario, l'accoglienza era tutto professionale. Colazione: abbiamo già avuto un migliore colazione di Fletcher. Una ragazza per un ospite 50-tal. L'unica cosa che dovevi fare è pulire se volevi un posto. La ragazza ha ricevuto una formazione per circa 8 ore al mattino e poi era sola. C'era cibo sufficiente se avessi avuto molto pazienza. Questo può essere dovuto a certe condizioni, come la malattia, che probabilmente è stato il caso qui. Ma stai guardando la ricezione con due a guardare lo schermo? E' un bel hotel in una bella zona.
