Love cozy hotel feel like home Love breakfast

放假風景很美，但是入住後要使用現金交城市税，其他都很好，距離火車站有一定距離，但是路上的風景很美麗。

入住後感覺非常有家庭氛圍的民宿 每層樓道里都有一些舊傢俱和玩具 房間温暖整潔 早餐不錯 居然吃到了北京松仁小肚味道的火腿 唯一不足的是沒有電梯 工作人員會幫你提行李上樓

酒店地點比其它酒店遠離火車站。地方整潔，早餐品種多及有特色。 可惜服務上要給差評，理應下午三時入住，要等到下午四時才有房，也和1小時前指出的房間有分別。 我們坐在房間門口外吃東西，拿了一張布質凳仔放食物，在上面鋪了保護。但一老婦（感覺是酒店的主人，是住在我們房間隔壁）經過，拿了兩塊布過來要我們再保護好這張凳😳期間不停的訓導我們不應該在門外吃東西（應該在花園內吃），會弄汚這凳子，更提醒不能在房間裏吃東西，房間裏的垃圾應該拿出外面15米外垃圾桶拋棄，因為會產生異味影響房間空氣質素云云。在移動食物期間。飲料倒瀉了，她的面色更難看。又訓斥了一頓，説什麼毀壞了這張凳。 這樣的服務實在可惡。我們住酒店住得多了，但從來未有遇過這樣酒店的服務人員（或老闆）。 百分百不推薦, 住費也不平便宜。It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service.

Il menù degustazione a 7 portate è qualcosa di speciale, legato al territorio e in particolare al mondo alpino. Curato, originale, divergente! Il servizio in sala è molto professionale e consente di capire bene le scelte dello Chef. In buona sostanza si tratta di un’esperienza culinaria veramente interessante, da scoprire, piatto dopo piatto. Carta dei vini sublime. Un mondo pure da scoprire…

Personale educato gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ottima la cucina e i servizi in generale. La distribuzione logistica degli ambienti favorisce una tranquilla "convivenza " tra gli ospiti. La posizione consente un facile accesso agli impianti, alle passeggiate ed ai percorsi per lo sci di fondo.

Hotel carino e molto pulito a mio parere nelle camere manca un frigo bar e macchina da caffè personale molto cordiale . Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e abbiamo preso il menu gourmet si é vero é caro Fr 145.00 a persona ma a mio parere li vale tutti, il cuoco é stato eccezionale, raramente ho mangiato così bene complimenti di nuovo.

Veniamo in vacanza qui da tanti anni e ogni volta è meglio della precedente. Cucina di altissimo livello, anche nel ricco buffet pomeridiano che vi accoglie al rientro dalle passeggiate. Personale impeccabile e deliziosa cura al dettaglio.

Camere molto spaziose, bel panorama. Locale accogliente, piatti gourmet, personale molto servizievole ed attento ai clienti, in una parola: professionale. I locali della spa offrono un’esperienza completa. Zona relax molto piacevole. Esperienza nel complesso consigliata.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with a Rail Discoveries group. It’s a traditional Swiss chalet. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food and wine were excellent and there was plenty choice for everyone. Ample portions and good table service. Breakfast was continental buffet style but always lovely fresh bread, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs etc. Really nice large room in the annexe. Serviced daily and towels changed etc. Would go back in a minute!

Delightful rustic charm in this lovely quiet hotel in the tradutional alpine chalet style, and decorated throughout with "gemutlich" antique furniture and ornaments - yet only a short walk from Wilderswil station with convenient connections to all the Jungfrau region attractions. Excellent service throughout: an ample buffet alpine breakfast with local produce and warm, freshly baked bread. Excellent evening meals with beer from the village brewery. A cosy room, although perhaps a firmer mattress would have made it even better.

My wife and I booked the Jungfraujoch All Inclusive tour with Rail Discoveries. Hotel Alpenblick was our base. After our initial booking RD offered us an upgrade for an extra charge. We are so glad we did. We were on the first floor of the annex on the opposite side of the road. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The TV reception for BBC and ITV channels was better than most places we have stayed in the English Lake District. The shower room was spacious and ideal. Plenty of storage. Spacious and comfortable bed. The balcony was the icing on the cake with uninterrupted views to the Eiger and the Monch mountains. On a late afternoon it was also shaded from the intense sun. The position of the hotel is perfect. It is on a quiet road and within minutes you can access footpaths, lanes and countryside. The building itself is up to 400 years old and has plenty of character. The few staff we came into contact with were mainly very friendly and helpful. One waitress in particular was outstanding. The "odd job" man was always cheerful and helpful. He tended the flowers to perfection. All of the food was of excellent quality and variety. A simple packed lunch filled the gap between breakfast and dinner. Adaptors for Switzerland are available from reception for a returnable deposit. A welcome bonus. If you like walking we suggest the walk from the hotel via Unspunnen Ruin, Rugenbrau Brewery, Interlaken West, Unterseen, Weissenau to Neuhaus and back. About 12km.
