Hotel in zona Theodor-Heuss-Bridge, Wiesbaden

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast. We stayed here during euro 2024 as a base for games in Frankfurt. If you’ve stayed at holiday inn express before then you know what you’re getting and this hotel delivers. The hotel is on the outskirts of town which means it’s easy to drive to if you have a car. They have a car park (€9.50 per night) or you can park on the road for free. It’s a 30 min walk into town or you can take a bus in 5 mins from a stop which is 2 mins walk from the hotel. You can also get a bus from there to the main train station if you want to travel to Frankfurt. Breakfast includes eggs, cold meats, cereals, bread selection and pastries. They also have tea and coffee available. Great value and definitely would return if in the area again.

Era un buon hotel. Il colazione era decente e aveva molte opzioni. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La posizione era conveniente per viaggi di giorno dalla stazione ferroviaria. C'era un negozio vicino alla porta con ristoranti, negozi di droga, negozi e negozi di prodotti alimentari aperti fino alle 10:00 la maggior parte delle notti, tranne domenica. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti a piedi o meno di 15 minuti, gli autobus locali, molti di loro fermati davanti alla Hauptbahnhof. Così anche questo metodo di trasporto è stato molto facilmente utilizzato. L'hotel era molto pulito, le docce erano di dimensioni decenti, avevano almeno un canale di televisione inglese, così potevo guardare la notizia di notte.

Den aktuellen Bewertungen möchte ich noch hinzuzufügen, dass der Raucherbereich vor dem Eingang unangenehm nah am Gebäude ist, sodass der Rauch in die darüber liegenden Zimmer zieht und das absolute Rauchverbot im Hotel etwas absurd zu lesen ist. Die angeschlossene Tiefgarage ist gut zugänglich und preislich ok. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel den aktuellen Standard und ist angemessen im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

We booked this hotel because our friends recommended it. Apparently, as they said the quality has plummeted down in comparison to their previous stays. Rooms are good size and very clean, beds comfy, the pillows, however, are old and lumpy, it’s time to replace them. I couldn’t get shower water temperature right, it was going from hot to cold without me changing the setting. A disappointing experience with the hotel air-conditioning system. We stayed on the days when the outside temperature was ranging +28+32C but the hotel already switched the system to winter mode and our room felt boiling and stuffy. We were kindly offered an upgrade and the new room was on a different side and slightly cooler but I heard other guests complaining to the hotel stuff about the same problem. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk, who moved us from 640 to room 345 on 18th August, I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name but I want to make the hotel management aware about his professionalism and patience that he demonstrated while dealing with our complaint. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Bar team is friendly, I had great hospitality experience, Merci to the Iranian bar manager Isa (sorry I am not sure how to spell the name). The hotel is walking distance from The Museum which I recommend to visit and the Old Town.

Die Lage direkt am Theater mit den umliegenden Parks ist supergut. Zur Fußgängerzone ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung aber im allgemeinen sehr ruhig und ohne viel Verkehrslärm. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Das freundliche Personal ist selbst bei schwierigen Fällen von Gästen sehr ruhig und koordiniert geblieben.

Non c'è niente di speciale, molto piccolo (carpeta pulita ma tinita), le uniche estratte sono l'acqua libera e i tessuti facciali, ma nessuna capsula da doccia, tè/caffee in camera o altri. Abbiamo rifiutato il colazione a 19 euro e giudicato da altri recensori, avevamo diritto di mangiare fuori per metà del prezzo, ma ragionevolmente ben situato vicino alla zona commerciale e a sette o otto minuti a piedi dalle visione della città. Non andremmo di nuovo, ma Wiesbaden è una città costosa, quindi le scelte sono limitate per gli hotel di medie dimensioni.

The Nassauer Hof has always been my favorite hotel in Wiesbaden. I have stayed there many times over the past 14 years; however, I have not been to Wiesbaden since the pandemic. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of me being a prior guest. They told me that their system was updated and that all older customers had been dropped off if there had been no stay in 2-3 years. When I would come in previously, I would always be greeted by name and receive an automatic room upgrade; this time, it showed as a first visit. My room was warm when I arrived. I put the air conditioning up, and I thought it cooled down. But it was still warm. I was at the property for three nights. Finally, on the third night, I couldn't take it anymore and called down to the front desk. A housekeeping staff member came in and could tell it wasn't working; she reported to Frau Lopez, who came and said to me that It was not working and that they could transfer my room.I was still trying to figure out how they could do that, as the hotel could not give me the extra third night at the front desk, and I had to book the third night on the hotel's website (not a partner website). I was very hesitant, but she and Jannis Bamberg made it seamless. Jannis brought my bags packed to the storage area so that I could take only one bag to the checkout in the morning. The room was not comparable to the one I was in, but it was cooler. There was a smell of old smoke. My real question is why a housekeeping staff member did not notice this and report it to the front desk. Instead, I noticed they turned the thermostat to max. Frau Lopez said that would never work as it can only reach a specific temperature. Perhaps, some training needs to be done. On a positive note, the spa at Nassauer Hof was as delightful as always, maintaining its high standards and providing a relaxing experience. One issue that needs attention is the bees, which seemed to be out of control during my stay. They were particularly aggressive around the outdoor areas and even found their way inside the breakfast area. I suggested placing small fans on the tables to deter them, and I hope this advice will be considered. The entire experience could have been better, and it's time to update the bed linens; they have been the same for at least 14 years.

NO bellman, so if you are not fit ,or have some back issue or other medical issue, good luck unloading and loading your travel bags to the rooms. no close by parking, it is 10 minutes walk, i did not mind after I knew where it is. the trick is to know. the staff treat you like you already know and not that friendly explain. doing you a favour.hotel is clean, A/C is good. rooms are big compared to other places in europe. location is great in center of downtown and restaurant area. only two issues is bellman and parking. we never tried breakfast so no feed back

The Select Hotel offers good value for money and is only a few minutes away from the town centre. The rooms are relatively small but very clean and provide the basics for a short stay. The breakfast offering is good and the staff were helpful throughout the hotel. If your searching for an affordable hotel close to the town centre this is a good choice.

L'hotel è stato molto pulito e confortevole, con una posizione eccellente vicino al centro della città. L'ubicazione era un'idea vicino a una strada di shopping con supermercato, negozi, ristoranti che sono a piedi di distanza. Mi terrebbero le grandi scatole Amazone e mi consegnare alla stanza senza un fusto. Avrei sicuramente consigliato l'Adina a tutti! E'un vero esempio di ospitalità eccellente.Grazie ancora per aver fatto un bel giro per la nostra squadra.
