Ho letto alcune delle recensioni precedenti e mi hanno fatto pensare. Questo hotel non finge di essere il Ritz. E' un classico hotel tedesco 3 stelle e si muove su scala. La stanza era pulita, letti estremamente confortevoli e il personale non poteva essere più utile. Sono andati sopra e oltre. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, sì, può sembrare intimidante, ma benvenuto a una città europea del XXI secolo. Non c'è niente di intimidente, solo persone che si divertono. Ci sono un miliardo di ristoranti all'interno di camminare a distanza per ogni gusto. Vorrei restare ancora? Certo.

La camera è bella e pulita con aria condizionata e cielo TV.Bagno è buona dimensione La colazione è eccellente molte opzioni Parcheggio auto è probabilmente sicuro sottoterra ma fuori dalla mia auto ha avuto scarpe e si è trasformato in un soggiorno costoso per me

Nettes drei Sterne Hotel,Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich habe nur den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vermisst, was allerdings bei einem drei Sterne Hotel keine Pflicht ist. Das Frühstück wirklich super ,alles mit Liebe hergestellt…..schone Auswahl… Der Preis war mit knapp 60 € inklusive Frühstück top . Ich komme wieder

The Nassauer Hof has always been my favorite hotel in Wiesbaden. I have stayed there many times over the past 14 years; however, I have not been to Wiesbaden since the pandemic. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of me being a prior guest. They told me that their system was updated and that all older customers had been dropped off if there had been no stay in 2-3 years. When I would come in previously, I would always be greeted by name and receive an automatic room upgrade; this time, it showed as a first visit. My room was warm when I arrived. I put the air conditioning up, and I thought it cooled down. But it was still warm. I was at the property for three nights. Finally, on the third night, I couldn't take it anymore and called down to the front desk. A housekeeping staff member came in and could tell it wasn't working; she reported to Frau Lopez, who came and said to me that It was not working and that they could transfer my room.I was still trying to figure out how they could do that, as the hotel could not give me the extra third night at the front desk, and I had to book the third night on the hotel's website (not a partner website). I was very hesitant, but she and Jannis Bamberg made it seamless. Jannis brought my bags packed to the storage area so that I could take only one bag to the checkout in the morning. The room was not comparable to the one I was in, but it was cooler. There was a smell of old smoke. My real question is why a housekeeping staff member did not notice this and report it to the front desk. Instead, I noticed they turned the thermostat to max. Frau Lopez said that would never work as it can only reach a specific temperature. Perhaps, some training needs to be done. On a positive note, the spa at Nassauer Hof was as delightful as always, maintaining its high standards and providing a relaxing experience. One issue that needs attention is the bees, which seemed to be out of control during my stay. They were particularly aggressive around the outdoor areas and even found their way inside the breakfast area. I suggested placing small fans on the tables to deter them, and I hope this advice will be considered. The entire experience could have been better, and it's time to update the bed linens; they have been the same for at least 14 years.

The Oranien hotel in the Weisbaden was by far one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. There are a number of qualities I look for in a hotel after staying in them for more than 40 years. The Orion ticked all my boxes and in most cases surpassed my expectations. The property was exceptional clean and elegant. You had a good feeling throughout the property from the front desk, lobby, bar, event rooms, breakfast area, etc. The breakfast was a delight and very very good. The staff was exceptional. The front desk Manager Nicole and Assistant Eli were beyond friendly and informative. They always brightened your day with their friendly customer service. Andrea and Carmen worked tirelessly during the breakfast service. They also provided excellent service and warm caring smiles during breakfast service. You would also see the owner moving throughout the hotel making sure everything was up to its' highest standards.;

Pro: Camera hotel di base. Camera pulita. Bar in reception. Grande colazione. Botella d'acqua in camera. Buona connessione WiFi. Situazione molto centrale. Camminabile per negozi e ristoranti. Rango taxi vicino. Cons: Nessun con aria. Windows aperto solo leggermente. La stanza è molto calda e sgradevole. Solo 1 pizzo. Partizione di vetro tra letto e camera. Nessuna privacy quando andiamo al bagno.

This hotel is becoming a regular for us. We like the Motel One chain, with small, comfortable bedrooms with good showers, and with a good bar to relax in at the end of the day. This particular hotel is well located for drivers, with effectively unlimited parking as it is built over a shopping centre with which it shares the car park, but also next door to the main station in Wiesbaden, and close enough by foot from the town centre to be bale to walk out for dinner.
