It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

Excellent location for Salt mine tours, small but lovely spa.
Immaculately clean, friendly staff who are all very accommodating to requests . Food was delicious. Beds comfy - nice balcony.
Yes it is out of Krakow but there are trains and Ubers were only £8
Overall Excellent value for money hotel.

The room was a bit old-fashioned. I had problem with the light and the service was not privided during my 2-day stay.
There is o enough electrical contact in the bathroom.

Simply a wonderful 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and caring quality staff. I stayed 7 nights 17th to 24th August for the World Masters Weightlifting championships 2023 Wieliczka about a 5 minute from the Hotel. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, used the Sauna and steam bath and had delicious food at breakfast every morning. The room was very clean amd thoroughly enjoyed the power shower. Thank you for a relaxing stay in Poland.

Marvelous, gorgeous hotel and property! The staff is incredible, helpful, kind, and joyful! The restaurant and pub, both on the property, are delicious! The staff at both were kind, helpful and phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! There is also a metro/tram stop (Weilizcka Park) beside the hotel (a 5 minute walk), which made it easy to travel to/from Krakow without a car. There is also a wonderful grocery store, Market Point near the hotel as well. You will LOVE staying here—calm and peaceful area.

Great Stay! Superb Service and Staff! All was perfect. Great location if you want to visit Wieliczka Salt Mine or take a quick and easy train to explore Cracow. Strongly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy your stay in this historic hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious & very comfortable. All the staff very friendly & helpful. The position of the hotel was perfect for our visit to the salt mines. Pool & jaccuzi was an added bonus! Food in restaurant was lovely & the breakfast buffet wonderful.

Location-very good. Direct train from and to the airport for £8 for two ppl one way. 5 min walk from the station (station WIELICZKA PARK) The same train will take you to Cracow. Staff-amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast 7am-10am-everyone can find something to eat. Very good. Use UBER-works very well here. Cars available in couple of minutes. Spa No steam room or sauna before 4pm but pool and jacuzzi are fully available. Towels and bathrobes available. Rooms Very clean (will clean upon request) and beds are comfortable. Car park available.
