Hotel in zona Walgreens, Wichita

Necessità di riparare impianti.

Non posso credere che non sia stato più alto nei rating, ma è un nuovo punto di vista, quindi è appena iniziato a ricevere recensioni, non riesco a immaginare di rimanere altrove. Questo hotel è un nuovo hotel a Douglas, la strada principale, con un buon accesso per auto o a piedi alla maggior parte di ciò che vuoi vedere. La stanza è grande, come il servizio, ma la parte migliore è la facile accesso a piedi nel centro e cose come il fiume. Inoltre, ci sono stati diversi grandi ristoranti che sono stati facilmente raggiunti da qui. Infine, il colazione qui era fantastico. Mi è stato detto che potevo parcheggiare in strada finche' non ero andato alle 9:00 e avevo un grande spazio proprio davanti all'hotel. Mi piaceva stare qui e lo consiglio molto.

Bella permanenza per il prezzo. L'esterno sembra brutto. L'interno è semplicemente buono. La stanza potrebbe essere un po'piu'pulita.

I like to give good reviews. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt on things. I will try and be balanced with this review. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the stench of cigarette smoke. Not a good start. The front desk clerk was not rude. He was cordial, but not overly friendly. Check in was smooth. I was not recognized as a Diamond Choice Rewards member. Not a huge deal, but other properties are good about that. No business center, but the clerk was very kind to make copies for me and did so quickly. On to the room. The positives - very spacious and a decent work area. The bed seemed clean and had no bed bugs - I checked. It was pretty easy to keep the room temperature consistent. Negatives - Hair in the tub. Need to do a better job. The carpet is ancient and showing lots of wear. There was peeling paint in the bathroom. Behind the entry door to the room was debris that looked to have been there for a long time. There were also ”interesting” characters hanging around the motel. I don't get intimidated, but I could see how some folks would. The motel is obviously in need of an upgrade to bring it up to Choice standards. It's just not there. I would probably stay again, but I would never allow my wife to stay there or even have her stay there with me. It's just not good enough. The place has potential, but it just isn't living up to high standards.

Pulizia e nuovamente ristrutturata. La colazione era grande! La pressione della doccia è buona. Il letto è comodo. Dritto da Hwy 400.

Ci siamo incontrati a Marriott per una festa di anni 80 e una riunione familiare. Le camere e le suite erano in stato di prigione. Il personale del desk front era sorprendente e ospitante - Kaitie, Carly, Roman e Neema hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente. Il colazione e il ristorante erano molto carini e apprezziamo davvero il nostro server Shannon ogni mattina al colazione.

Do the designers ever stay in their own hotel? This is a brand new hotel by one of the biggest hotel chains in the world with decades of history, research and development baffles me how things like this can keep going on. First of all, there are no USB charging jacks on the nightstands! This is a new hotel, and it is a sin not to have them. There is no shelf in the shower to set anything. You are forced to use the toilet lid. The refrigerator is an afterthought randomly sitting on the floor underneath the bathroom sink There is a hanging light/dust collector over the vanity. I’m sure housekeeping cleans this regularly. 🤣 There is a light in the shower, but nothing over the toilet. So if you the type of person who reads, you should bring a flashlight. The adjoining doors are next to the bed, instead of being next to the bathroom/hallway. It would’ve given a little bit more privacy to the bedroom area if they’ve been moved back a few feet. They could also move the thermostat to the hallway/ bathroom area instead of having next to the bed. There is a bright LED light on it, that shines in your face all night as you’re sleeping. They have blackout shades in the room that work perfectly, you could sleep all day and not know the sun is out. Unfortunately there are no privacy sheer curtains. You either have no knowledge of the outside world or are on full display of the construction workers next door and the people in the parking lot. Speaking of parking lot, the covered entrance to the hotel is in no way connected to the parking lot. You have to go to the main road, make a U turn to go to their parking. Then only to find out the side door requires a keycard to get in, that doesn’t work. When you’re in the parking lot, in the morning, usually right around check out time, the sprinklers turn on and saturate everything around you, your vehicle and the sidewalks. There is a sliding door between the bathroom and the sink which is hard to open. I would imagine young children and elderly people would not be able to do that. Don’t get me wrong, these are all first world problems. The hotel is nice and clean, brand new, and the staff are fantastic. It’s just very frustrating trying to live here and be comfortable.
