Rooms have planty of space, beds are confortable and heating was working fine (went in mid december). WI-FI kept asking for the hotel password every 5 minutes, wich was kind of anoying. Breakfast is, as usual for Super 8 chain, very basic and simple. In any case, was a cheap choice that served its purpouse.

Was traveling from Texas to Minnesota and towing my car. They did not bat an eye over the fact that my truck and tow took 5 car spaces! The Internet was great. The breakfast was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean. Would definitely patronize and highly recommended. Thank you! Henry Spencer

It was clearly converted from an open air plan to an enclosed plan. Frankly, the air in the hallway was terrible and so was the air in the room. I left the window open all night so that I would have something resembling fresh air.

The place is kind of scary, people hanging out in the parking lot drinking, and it looks like they live there. Empty shopping carts and lot of stray cats. The hallway stunk, burn holes in the comforter and blanket of our non-smoking room, the wooden hangers were broken. There was one coffee pod in the room and there is no coffee served with the 'grab & go' breakfast.

Our room wasn’t cleaned and they didn’t offer to clean it. Our bed and towels had been used and to fix it they brought us a garbage bag full of stuff to change out. The floors were not vacuumed even. The breakfast had hardly anything and nothing was restocked due to lack of workers.

Breakfast was standard for hotels like this but the housekeeping needs to be better the first morning she knocked on my door when I was just about ready to get in the shower I asked her to come back in an hour she just handed me extra towels and did not return till the next day

Other than a miscommunication about a late check out, all was good. Better Super 8 than most. The only thing that I would do to improve the place is to replace the continental breakfast with a hot breakfast. I will return here.

I believe the room had been a smoking room but they did not adequately fumigate properly.. The room had a strong chemical smell but we were too tired to ask for a new room. Most definitely should have because we woke up with headaches. .

Customer service from front desk was top tier. It made a long day after a tornado worth it . The hotel was generally clean. The laundry room was a nice and quiet space to do your work. When we requested an iron and board , we were given one quickly. Good attention to detail.
